We chose Malmaison for its close proximity to the Titanic Experience which, ironically, was closed on our three day stay, due to damage from high winds. Luckily, we had booked a further night two weeks later after our Causeway Coastal tour, when it was open - and sunny! Staff were generally very helpful with everything, including discount for nearby parking. We were able to use the drop off point for our luggage. We enjoyed the breakfasts each morning too. One discordant note: before we arrived I received an email encouraging me to upgrade for an extra £25. As the message contained a photograph of a spacious suite, I assumed this is what was meant. No other photos were attached. When we arrived, the 'upgrade' was for a standard room , but a wider bed. Not impressed. Eevn stranger when we returned at the end of our trip as we were given, at no extra charge, a 'corporate' room, much bigger than our earlier upgrade. How strange.

Malmaison was the perfect place for us to stay. From the moment we walked into the beautiful building, we felt the Belfast friendly spirit instantly. Everyone was so kind and helpful and made our stay so comfortable. We even got to meet the GM which made our stay really personal. Lovely gentleman! The staff at the door, Karen and Brian and so many others that we didn’t get their names, always greeted us with such a big smile. Nothing was too hard for them. The bar staff were wonderful as well. Very comfortable, warm rooms. We felt instantly at home. Will definitely return with our families to beautiful Belfast. Thank you so much ❤️🍀

Gorgeous Hotel, breakfast was amazing and check in was swift and friendly. I had to score it down though because the heat in the room was completely unbearable. Woke up at 6am sweating, tried to turn the radiator down but the controls seems to not work. Couldn’t get back to sleep due to the heat. Getting ready after my shower (which was also piping hot) was so uncomfortable.managed to open the window a little but it did very little.

I have just returned from a week working in Belfast and wanted to share a review on the dinner we ate at Malmaison Belfast. From the moment we arrived the staff could not of been more helpful and efficient. We were a large party (40 +) The restaurant itself is newly refurbished so absolutely stunning very contemporary. They had ready prepared place names. Eamonn the general manager introduced himself he was amazing friendly and very attentive to everyone. What I particularly liked and observed was the way he treated his team. I literally could not fault any one of them they were all excellent. The food was absolutely stunning and very good value. We will definitely be back 5 stars !!

Excellent Hotel from the moment you arrive you are greeted with a warm welcome staff,Bryan and Dagmara on reception were both excellent and helpful. Hotel is very clean and tidy,house keeping staff are very courteous ,Chris especially was approachable if you had any requests for a spare towel etc.The rooms are very comfortable and spacious with a trendy feel. The food was really nice,we had half board and didn’t have any problems,plus if you had special dietary needs,nothing was too much trouble,dining room staff are lovely and attentive. The Malmaison is in an excellent location for local amenities,shops and bars are close,but not too close so you would be disturbed. It was our first visit to Belfast,but not our last.I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We travelled from Dublin for a funeral in Belfast. The hotel were absolutely fantastic from front of house staff to manager when we arrived . The hotel room was very spacious and very very clean .plenty of choice for breakfast also . Extremely friendly and central location to the centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.
