Hotel staff were lovely and so helpful. Room was cleaned well everyday! Bed was super comfy with good pillow choices Excellent food in the morning, proper Ulster fry, no complaints at all! A great place to stay! Highly recommend

Great breakfast

On the positive side, breakfast was great. As to room comfort, the room was very tiny. And had no luggage rack to put a simple carry-on luggage. We used the desk and a single chair for the two carry-on luggages

We stayed here last night for our annual girls trip to belfast, first time staying at this hotel as we normally book right in the city centre. The staff were all lovely and very friendly, the breakfast was beautiful and a great choice to suit all! There was a lovely waiter at breakfast I didn't catch his name but he was so good at his job chatting to the customers and going over and beyond to ensure everyone was happy, he had a southern accent so well done to him as the service and breakfast will certainly bring us Back here again.

Good hotel but no air conditioning. Lounge is decent . Shane they lack of good breakfast options, even though they have a buffet in the morning. Very limited choices. Could be better.

Would not stay with them again. Would rather go to ibis across the road

Decent breakfast, good size room

The original check-in date encountered Storm Eowyn, and the flight was cancelled, so we were unable to check in. We sincerely thank Ctrip and the hotel for their communication and agreeing to change the check-in to the next day for free, which reduced our losses. The hotel is great, with free indoor and outdoor parking, and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. The breakfast is also very good, and the waiter is very friendly and has a very good attitude.

Very good, especially like its room and bedding, it is newly renovated. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety. I will come again next time I come to Birmingham. Birmingham's canal witnessed the industrial revolution of this city. It is recommended to take a canal boat (11:00, 14:00, 15:30) and buy a ticket on the boat, only 6.8 pounds, at the Gallica Pier, you can have a drink at will 🍺. I will come to Birmingham next time!

Parking is very convenient, and dining is very convenient around. The hotel has a good breakfast and its own bar. It is also very pleasant to go downstairs for a drink in the evening, without having to find a noisy bar on the street.

The hotel is relatively old, the room size is good, the location is good, and the parking lot is spacious

The front desk is very welcoming and highly recommended.
