This hotel is entirely underwhelming. The housekeeping is horrendous. They didn’t make our bed, they just pulled the covers up. We had to call to get towels for the shower. Three of the five room lights didn’t work. The bed and pillows were hugely uncomfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant and both of our meals were almost inedible.

Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Gasworks Hotel, especially David and Dagmar! Very attentive staff, yummy breakfast and food and the best bed I've ever slept in! We held our function there and it was good value for money, well-organised and hassle-free as well as good value for money. Looking forward to seeing the renovations when they're done.

Having stayed here many times for work I will never stay again! My hotel room was dirty, stains in Bath, long hairs in Bath! Some sockets didn't work in room. Won't even discuss the carpets!!!! My colleague was given a room with 2 camp beds, totally unacceptable! Staff didn't seem to bother. Makeshift bar wasn't a great experience either. Even staff said it was expensive! Hotel has went downhill since being a Radisson. Unfortunately, will never stay again.

This hotel is conveniently situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Belfast. The reception staff are very helpful. However, our room, although spacious, was rather dated and in need of some TLC. The breakfast was buffet style and was excellent with all the dishes you would expect.
