The room is old and the bathroom is a bit dirty. The location is good and close to everything. There are many places to eat nearby. There are many types of breakfast and the taste is also very good. Overall, it is recommended.

Bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation which triggered the fire alarm. The body wash and shampoo bottles were locked in so tight that it was impossible to use them. Bed size was small for a couple so we couldn’t sleep comfortably. The rooms were like ibis hotel’s so don’t know why they’re charging more!
But I was glad they gave us early check in so I was able to attend my meeting. But don’t think I’ll book Leonardo hotels again.

Hotels in the UK are absolutely terrible! The price of a domestic four-star hotel is only that of a domestic express hotel! I knocked on the door so early in the morning when I didn't wake up. It wasn't very good and I didn't have slippers.
