Excellent stay, room great size with a great view of the city hall. The staff were excellent too. Couldn’t fault the place!

Stayed here a few times over the years the quality has gone down hill on this visit room showing its age with chips on furniture doorsc and marks on paint work breakfast ok no buffet anymore very little choice 3 star Hotel at best now loft bar closed in a Sunday why….. not be back here again

We have just returned from 5 days at this lovely hotel. We had a warm welcome, everywhere was spotless clean. We had a lovely large double room which was very comfortable and had hairdryer and iron/ironing board. There was a large TV and air conditioning easy to use. The white bedding was lovely and clean and towels changed every day. We had 2 evening meals in Jospers restaurant which was very relaxed. Again, spotless clean and lovely food priced in line with Belfast prices as was the drinks. A very welcoming hotel, would highly recommend and return when in Belfast. The location is perfect too! The Hop-on Hop-off bus is 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is well situated within easy reach of many points of interest, as it is just behind the town hall. The rooms are comfortable and the dining facilities are adequate, as is the food which, like most of the eating places in Belfast, is good but lacking in imagination. The staff were very helpful if fairly young and some of them a little inexperienced. The minus points were the reception area which is not very impressive. Our bedroom had no view to speak of other than the inner well of the building. That was quite depressing. On one day our room was only half serviced, with the bed not being made nor facilities topped up. We complained and it was dealt with promptly. At one dinner our order seemed to get lost and we were served after others. The loft bar is not open until the weekends so we were not able to use it.

Very enjoyable stay at Ten Square. The staff were fantastic, the beds were comfy. Location was perfect right behind city hall. So we were very close to transport and shopping district. Food was great. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Belfast

The room was in the older part of the hotel so the room was such a good size
