Central Belfast Apartments, Salisbury

Great central location, this property is ideal for exploring Belfast or further afield . Really convenient for public transport , good/ bus train link ups . (We did The Giant’s Causeway )Loads of amazing places to eat and drink right on the doorstep. It was still super quiet though at night . Comfortable , well equipped property . Clean and cosy ( decent mattresses for a good night sleep ) . Nicely decorated too. Had an amazing break and can’t wait to return, would certainly recommend . Central Belfast staff were quick to respond on Airbnb. Smooth, trouble free experience . Super lucky with the gorgeous weather too 🍀🍀 Thanks !

We have just returned from a weekend stay in the Victoria Place apartments celebrating a hen party. All 3 apartments (sleeping 16 in total) were clean, modern and perfect for our needs - however the recently refurbished apartment had a more luxurious feel and was noticeably updated. The team at Central Belfast Apartments were brilliant. Our booking needed to be amended a couple of weeks before our stay due to unforeseen circumstances but Katty contacted me directly to explain the changes and offered a discount on our booking to reflect any inconvenience caused. There was also complimentary wine and crisps in each apartment on arrival which went down well with the group! Check in and check out was easy, the team text you 2 days before arrival with clear instructions for check in, and again 24 hours before check out with a handy pre-checkout reminder. They called me on the day of check-out to ask about our stay and to confirm that the security deposit had been refunded. Location is perfect - maximum 15 min walk to most of the popular site seeing locations, bars and restaurants. It’s worth noting that the Victoria Place apartments are in a large apartment block which houses long-term lets and renters too. There are sometimes children playing in the outdoor spaces and corridors - didn’t bother us at all but it might some! The building corridors could do with a lick of paint and new carpet to freshen them up - in some hallways there is a slightly unpleasant musty smell which is a little off putting when you arrive - but this doesn’t reflect the inside of the CB apartments so don’t let it put you off! Would definitely recommend for large group bookings!

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You can use shared kitchen on the first floor for cooking. The walking distance ti the centre is 30 mins. The neighbour is nice and you can find and Botanical gardens and Ulster Museum at 5-10 mins walking

We stayed in apartment 18 at the Central apartments. It was perfect, very comfortable, clean and close to the city centre. The staff were always extremely helpful and responded to all questions very promptly. We would definitely recommend the company and would use them again . They made our trip to Belfast stress free and memorable.

Modern spacious, immaculately clean, and right in the centre of the city this apartment has all the facilities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Belfast. The best thing about staying here - how well organised the management of our stay was. The communication and the information provided was extremely well done and with a personal touch. It made our stay easy to navigate and really enjoyable. With everything within a few minutes walk, I'd recommend this as a great place to stay if you're visiting Belfast

Flat quality exceeded expectations. The location is great, close to transport and easy access to the city centre on foot The host has excellent customer service.I would definitely recommend it.

The Team at CBA have been on top of everything, from the time we booked to the entirety of our stay. They are very friendly polite and helpful. We had some water issues with the bath/shower when we arrived. It was dealt with almost immediately. The Apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is ideal being close to the Centre and other wonderful areas, within walking distance.

The apartment was at a very high standard. Very clean throughout the apartment. Equipped to all our needs. Highly recommend!
