之前一直住，覺得還行，現在變差了，可能旅遊團變多了，服務質量也下降了，餐廳服務人員看到中國人沒有好臉色，上菜也不積極，早餐連個煮雞蛋都沒有了，下次不會再住了

沙發是沒有的，衹有一個椅子。
停車場到酒店的電梯是壞的。
在裏面轉悠了大概五分鐘，
樓梯跟電梯不在一起。
到前台説到電梯，
工作人員説那個早就壞了。
後來行李就沒有拿。
酒店很舊，
衞生還不錯。
住個方便吧。

Dieses Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Fahrstuhl von der Tiefgarage zur Lobby war außer Funktion. Über einen Umweg (Außentreppe) kam man zum Haupteingang. Die automatische Eingangstür war defekt und man musste sie selbst aufschieben. Der Check-In sowie der Check-Out am Morgen danach waren perfekt und sehr professionell. Das Zimmer war ok, das Bett angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffe ausreichend. Das die Tiefgarage nicht im Preis inbegriffen war hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.

Bien qu'idéalement situé pour visiter la ville et offrant un beau potentiel, on se demande comment cet établissement vieillissant affiche encore 4 étoiles tant une rénovation globale s'impose. Si j'ai noté "moyen", c'est uniquement parce que la présence d'un personnel super accueillant et sympathique fait remonter la note.
