"A good hotel, decent gym, convenient location. I was surprised that a 4-star hotel might not have a refrigerator in the room. There's a bakery, restaurant, and wine shop nearby."

"3 rooms booked, all in deplorable or dirty conditions... Nasty smells, very average hygiene, no bedside tables, they are torn off, VMC never cleaned, and no heating even though it is 8° outside! For breakfast we had the choice between bread or burnt chocolate croissants, nothing else! No salty or hot products as stipulated on their website, simply lies. We complained to reception and then by email to the manager, but they do not take responsibility at all, they do not care, they take your money and that's it. No sense of respect for customers or taking responsibility. A word of advice, run away, the worst B&B we have ever been to."
