There is no elevator. The room is on the second floor. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs... The location is very good, right next to the botanical garden. The room is of a good size. The staff speaks English very well. Breakfast generally doesn't have too many varieties. There is a 24-hour laundry within walking distance, which is highly recommended.

The location, environment and breakfast of the hotel are all great! Originally booked for 2 nights, I renewed the booking for another two nights because I liked it! When I left, I also helped to book a taxi.

Facilities: Very new and complete Hygiene: Very clean, it is a relatively new hotel, there is nothing pretentious about it Environment: The surrounding area is also very convenient. There are many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and there is also a large park next to it. Service: Staff are very friendly

I stayed for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations. It is 15 mins walk to the main tourist areas but there are some nice bars, restaurants and cafes closer. The room was clean and modern. The staff very friendly. Breakfast good. Overall, this is excellent for this price.

This is a wonderful hotel with very attentive and helpful staff, where a lot is thought out to the smallest detail, and where there are homemade breakfasts. I was very happy to live there for a few days. The room has a very comfortable bed, the plumbing is very good, the bathroom had all the necessary items in a beautiful package. The breakfasts were very tasty, large portions. From the wishes - I would like more healthy dishes on the menu without eggs and more variety of drinks, such as smoothies or lemonades.

Hotel Botanica is situated in a quiet residential street next to the nice Botanical Gardens of Belgrade, just around the corner from a busy street that can take you directly to the town center with a bus or a 20-min walk. The hotel itself has a very neat, professional and luxurious vibe, with a meticulously clean extra-large room with a huge bathtub (!!!), and is, quite frankly, very high level compared to how affordable it is. Honestly, I was mindblown that a hotel room of this level could be found for 70 euros anywhere, let alone in a place full of tourist traps like Belgrade. The staff was very friendly and even accommodated my early check-in request free of charge, despite having no obligation at all to do so. The Wi-Fi was fast and dependable as well. The breakfast was a la carte as opposed to the usual buffet fare you'd expect, but not in order to skimp on guests: all the items I tried were incredibly tasty, with gigantic portions that made me feel a bit bad over not being able to finish them completely. I especially recommend their Bruschette with Prosciutto, which is a very novel and delicious idea. I can't recommend this place enough, it is truly a hidden gem.

The property is located approximately 10' walk from the city center. The room was big and clean. The girls at the reception very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. Directly opposite is the Botanical garden, which offers a beautiful walk.

I stayed for 2 nights at Botanica Hotel. Really well located in relation to the city centre, I would say no more than 10 minutes walk from the shopping street, and about half an hour walk from the fort facing the Danube. Small but well-kept hotel, minimalist but clean rooms and with all the essentials for an overnight stay of a couple of days. I wouldn't recommend it to a large family, excellent for business. Qualitative and varied buffet breakfast included in the price. Very friendly staff, correct prices. I would stay here again in Belgrade

Very Good

The location is good, but not central - 7-10 minutes to Skardalia, 20 minutes to Prince Mikhail. In a quiet place, if the windows are not on the road. 24-hour reception. The room is pleasant and functional. The bedding is comfortable, black-out curtains are available, plus soap/gel, a cap, a shoe sponge and a sewing kit. There are no bathrobes/slippers, although 4 stars. The mattress is firm, we like it. Pillows - two types, larger and smaller. The water is very hot, it is possible to warm up) There is no kettle, but they brought it upon request. The room is heated well by air conditioning. We didn't take breakfast, but when we left at 7.00, it was already served in the cafe. We needed a room to spend the night without noise. But there was no choice of rooms with two beds and the room turned out to be next to the reception - you could hear the slamming of doors. Initially, music was heard in the room, but upon request it was turned off. At night, a strong hum of ventilation could be periodically heard from the slightly open window. For sensitive people like me, ask for a room further from the reception with windows not facing the street. And I was missing a robe.
