The cleaning staff has a history of stealing and we had items stolen from our room. The management doesn’t care. Please by careful when staying here

Everything is perfect: the location (the real center of Belgrade), the incredible design, the calm of the rooms and the great breakfast made by real chefs. This hotel, after having discussed with the management, has implemented a whole series of measures in order to be as eco-responsible as possible without of course sacrificing the comfort of its customers. The Spa is offered with the room and can be privatized. In short, it’s a real discovery that I’m sharing with you.

Stayed in Belgrade on a city break. Had a great time. Hotel perfectly located for getting around the city. Great reception and service provided by staff. Really nice personal touch following first breakfast where without any prompting our in room tea service was changed to suit us. The personal touch was really appreciated.

Due to the reviews I had read, my expectations were very high and they were not completely met. I had reserved an Executive room and they gave me a normal one. After complaining to this effect, they relocated me to the contracted one. The dimensions of the advertised room do not correspond to reality. A room of 22 meters is advertised and it barely exceeds 15. The breakfast service was very unsatisfactory. The first day they did not have clean plates to serve themselves and we had to wait for them to be washed, the barista did not adequately inform how breakfast was served, the breakfast menu was shortened and they did not have 3 basic dishes during our entire stay. They wanted to charge us for the minibar consumption when it was included in the reservation I made. Everything else correct. Charming hotel, in good condition, attentive staff although sometimes communication was difficult with some of them.
