I booked a single room, but it seems I was upgraded to a higher class room. My phone wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and the administrator went above and beyond to fix the issue. After restarting the router, everything connected fine. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They provide a white cardboard (card key/pass). I recommend it!"

"A modern, clean, and cozy hotel. The location is convenient, with plenty of cafes nearby, several currency exchange offices (with the best rates, as it turned out), and public transportation stops nearby. Belgrade's most significant sights are a 10-25-minute walk away, or 10-15 minutes by public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and historic. We didn't try the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. Rooms are cleaned daily. The room has everything you need: a minibar, a hairdryer, a capsule coffee machine, and toiletries."

"The hotel was okay for the price. We stayed for five nights, and the room wasn't cleaned or the sheets or towels changed even once. They made a white cardboard tile without any problems. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, and the girl at reception couldn't do anything. At night, the ventilation system blows so cold air that you wake up shivering in the middle of the night. The location is good; the hotel is in the old town next to the new palace."

"I am a solo traveller and wanted to make my first visit to Serbia. Having a pool is important to me as I enjoy a swim most days, also rest days I like to just read by the pool and swim. The hotel is not in Belgrade Centre. Some people have put this as a negative but it is a great positive. It is in the area of Dedinje which is a very affluent area. Many embassies and diplomatic residencies nearby. Also a massive house owned by a tv station owner! It is a nice quiet area, couple of nice parks nearby for a walk and some shops and restaurants a short walk away. I only ate in local restaurant twice as they made me feel unwelcome! The House of Flowers and Royal residence not far to walk. The busses in Belgrade are free, yes free so bus stops a few minutes walk away. So very easy to get to the centre. Taxis were also very cheap and reliable. Having chatted to people staying in the city centre I think my location was the best to give me some peace. If you are booking tours some companies won’t pick up from here which is annoying, I just looked around for other companies offering similar tours who would collect me. For 2 nights had some rude Koreans making a noise at all hours which was the only negative about not having staff there 24 hours. Staff did speak to them next day though. My room was small but had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, wardrobe, free air conditioning, shower, hairdryer, kettle etc. Fridge with some drinks in. Housekeeping was great with towels and bedding changed regularly. The only odd thing they didn’t change dirty cups or glasses so had to swap them at reception. My bathroom was a little small (toilet at a weird angle) so if I visited again would try for a different room. Always piping hot water. The breakfast room was an endearing little room, quaintly decorated. Chef doesn’t speak English but she was friendly and greeted you each morning. Decent selection of food. Fruit, yoghurt,cereal, bread, pasties, savoury pastries and breads with various toppings, cold meats and cheeses, normal bread for toast, vegetable rice and various other things. My only complaint the god damned awful coffee machine. Worst coffee I ever had. The pool is a small one but most times I was the only person there. It’s clean and as the weather got cooler towards end of my stay the pool temperature was turned up. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All spoke very good English. As a solo traveller was nice to have conversation with them. Great hospitality and made the hotel feel like home for my stay. I stayed for 2 weeks and it was very comfortable and a very safe area. I ran out of time to see everything I wanted and hope to return someday. I would definitely stay here again. All in all Serbia was wonderful, Belgrade is a safe city,especially as a solo, female traveller."
