Located in a rather run down building, it's hard to spot. The building facilities are relatively old, and the design of the elevator is also old-fashioned. If the door is not closed after use, the elevator cannot be used. Reception is not a 24-hour service. It was already ten o'clock when we arrived. Fortunately, there were international calls, otherwise we would not be able to contact the staff for checkin. But the room facilities are good, cleaned every day, very tidy.

The hotel is close to every point in the city center. Not very big but comfy. In my room, the bathroom had some supplies out of service (e.g. a bathtub hanger), but it is OK. The breakfast was nice and offered some choice.

The room was excellent, evoking the ambiance of a luxury hotel. The location couldn't be better: peaceful yet within walking distance to fantastic bars and dining options On the service front, the staff are both attentive and professional, contributing to a seamless experience. I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions. The hotel is located in an old apartment facing the street. Once inside the gate, the corridor is very old and there is a musty smell. But when I entered the hotel door, it was a hole in the sky. Although it was a few sets of rooms, it was simple and stylish. The room is spacious and the bed is large, especially the bathroom is large with an oversized tub, and the bath water is very rushing. The service attitude is enthusiasm, help you to mark the sights and the good restaurant location on the map, it is very thoughtful. Western breakfast, there are five or six kinds to choose from, do it now. The downside is that the hotel's signboard is not obvious, and it is not easy to find the first time. On the street, no parking spaces. But still highly recommended.

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park. The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Tickets are the Capitol, the General Post Office and the church. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Republic Square and 10 minutes to the celebrity restaurant casa nova. Apartment-style hotel, the environment is good, but the room is a bit small, the free mineral water in the room is not renewed, tea and coffee are charged, the mini bar is the first time I heard that tea and coffee also charge money. Tucao about the bathroom, there is no door, the floor drain is not good, the toilet water runs every time you take a bath! Also, when we arrived on the first day, the jet lag was too sleepy. We slept after 5 o'clock. The waiter knocked on the door at night. We were sleeping. She opened the door with the room card without responding, and talked about other rooms. The hot water is not hot, all the water heaters are in the closet in our room, so I was so scared that I quickly locked the door after I was finished! There are two service staff at the front desk, one of them is very enthusiastic. I am afraid that we will be cold at night and send electric heating. It is very useful. Belgrade is still very cold at night in winter. Checking out, one night in advance, she said that she would be able to check out after 8 o'clock the next day, and she waited until 8:10 the next day to get up sleepily, still looking upset! Also, there is no parking space in the hotel. If you need a mobile phone message to pay for parking around the hotel, otherwise I will be issued a ticket or be towed. Unfortunately, I was issued a ticket and was towed again! The price of not knowing the rules!
