I had an emergency medical issue at 6 am in the morning. The young staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They got me a cab to go to the ER and later, sent me complimentary fruit plate to alleviate my ordeal. I would stay in this quirky boutique hotel again in a heartbeat. It is within walking distance to the downtown shopping area and is in embassy row itself.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Belgrade Excelsior and was impressed with the level of service provided by the front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs.
They provided me with useful information about the local area and were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed, and the location was excellent, with easy access to many of Belgrade's top attractions. I would highly recommend the Mercure Belgrade Excelsior to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience with outstanding front desk service.

Just an OK hotel. At first, I was given a room full of smoking smell even though the front desk lady seriously warned me of the none-smoking hotel. Then she happily switched me to another room; however, I found out at midnight that the air conditioning was not working and it wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon. Additionally, my room is not spacious at all, and the towels were a bit hard and rough.

the hotel is already walking in the center near the parliament, but the sockets in the room are inconveniently located! You have to move the bed to reach them!
