While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Nice hotel, but the location and neighborhood let it down Overall this is a decent hotel. The rooms are pleasant and in excellent condition, and the facilities inside the hotel are very good. The main downside is the location. The hotel is quite far from the city center. Public transport connections are actually reasonable, but the surrounding area is not pleasant. If it's your first time in Belgrade, be prepared: on the way in from the airport you'll see a lot of litter, old run-down buildings, and there is a bad smell in the area. For us, this somewhat spoiled our first impression of the city. A few other things to keep in mind: - The reception is not open 24/7, which can be a problem if you arrive very early or very late. - There is no laundry service. If you need to wash clothes, you either have to find a laundromat somewhere in the city or book one of the specific rooms that has a washing machine. - Room cleaning is only done on certain days and has to be booked in advance. I never quite understood whether it costs extra, but the fact that you have to request it and wait for a specific day is inconvenient. To sum up: my impressions are fairly positive — the hotel itself is nice and the rooms are great. But as your first hotel in Belgrade, especially if you're planning to really get to know the city, I'm not sure I would recommend it. The neighborhood was a key factor for me, and it's far from a pleasant one.

Aside from the official Hilton brand, that's about it. There was a city-wide protest, but the protest was right in front of the hotel. I waited outside for almost four hours. Shops were closed, police blocked the roads, and people were protesting. I went inside to drink a few glasses of water from the front desk, but the staff gave me several dirty looks. Seriously, I didn't have water for four hours because of the road closures. If I could buy water, I wouldn't have. They didn't even offer to bring me two bottles of water so late. Sigh.

The hotel has a wonderful location and a wonderful spa area (very welcome after a busy day in Belgrade). Delicious breakfast and a beautifully decorated breakfast room! On our first night, we were checked in to a room of a lower category than we had booked. This room had beautiful decor, high ceilings, lots of light, and a coffee machine (but no coffee capsules). The next day, after we informed them of the room category, after lunch, we were given the room we had originally paid for (superior with a sofa) on the 4th floor. However, it was less comfortable than the standard room, the walls weren't quite clean, and it wasn't as beautifully decorated as the standard room. However, there were two coffee capsules. I can note that both rooms have exceptionally clean bathrooms, very good plumbing, and hot water pressure. Upon checkout, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding with the room category, and we didn't pay the city tax or two coffees. Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Belgrade!

Good hotel, quiet street, close to attractions, walking distance to the Old Town, the fortress with the Sava embankment, the square, pedestrian boulevard, Rajiceva shopping mall, and streets with bars and restaurants. Just 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant called 'Zavicaj' serving homemade Serbian cuisine – it's delicious, reasonably priced, and always busy. Overall, the location is excellent. Inside, it's cozy; the room has slippers but no bathrobe or hair conditioner. In the shower, there's only one dispenser for universal gel/shampoo, and liquid soap by the sink – that's all. There was no shoehorn. No iron, perhaps it's available upon request or in a separate room, but I didn't inquire. Room 002 on the ground floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, with zero view. Even though I requested a high floor when booking, they gave me the lowest one. The breakfast was perfectly adequate; we didn't leave hungry. Sausages, scrambled eggs (which were actually not tasty and dry), fried eggs, cold cuts, dessert, fruits, vegetables – all available. I don't drink coffee, but there's no coffee machine, just one type of coffee in a pot. The air conditioning works very well and cools quickly. Blackout curtains. Mattress, pillows – all comfortable. No complaints about the cleaning. We didn't use the hotel's additional services (spa, etc.). The soundproofing is average, but it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep.

There was a distinctive fragrance upon entering, which I personally disliked and found slightly unpleasant at first. However, it had an operable window, allowing for fresh air. The overall hotel was clean and tidy, with no stains on the bedding or bathroom fixtures. The breakfast was somewhat basic, and the taste didn't suit my personal preferences. Communication with the front desk was smooth in English, and any minor issues I raised were handled promptly and appropriately. The air conditioning has a preset temperature range that cannot be adjusted outside of that range. This might be a bit too cold for some guests. Important note: This is the first hotel I've stayed at in recent years that doesn't have USB ports. I recommend bringing your own power adapter. If you forget, there are places to buy them near the hotel. There are many bus routes outside the hotel (public buses in Belgrade are free). Belgrade's attractions are relatively concentrated and many are within walking distance.

What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

I stayed many times in this hotel. Breakfast is very simple compare to other 4 stars hotel. it's still ok for me. . This time feels not good. which made me unhappy is that I asked the hotel to call a taxi for me. and it called an expensive one (named hotel taxi and not a regular taxi), which is more than 30% higher than you call a taxi on the taxi parking area on the road by urself. I will never try again.

The host was cordial and helpful, and spoke English well. The hotel's location is excellent for those who want to visit the center of Belgrade, on a fairly main street full of shops, cafes, pharmacies, and markets. Our room was lovely, clean, and spacious, and also cool; we didn't even need the air conditioning as the room was on the lower level and had an ventilation duct. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was large. The jacuzzi was top-notch and the sauna was great, all in our own private room. We had a wonderful stay. In the evenings, hotel access was via a door with a code. The area was safe and not very noisy. Free and fast Wi-Fi. If you're traveling by car, parking is free from 2 PM on Saturday until 7 AM on Monday. The only suggestion I'd make is to add more towels; otherwise, it was excellent. If we were to return to Belgrade, we would definitely choose this place again.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is top-notch. Everything is close by, and it's within walking distance to the city center. There are also bus stops nearby. They issue white cards (electronic ones, immediately upon check-in). The beds are very comfortable and large. Even our child was comfortable on the extra bed. The bedding was clean. The room is spacious. Special thanks for the coffee machine. We enjoyed delicious coffee. There's also a kettle, but no water was provided. I booked the room with a discount, and for two nights, it cost just over 90 euros, which was definitely worth the money. However, on other platforms, the same room was offered for 180 euros for two nights. If I had paid that much, I would have been very upset. Because there were some significant drawbacks: We only saw the administrator once in two days – during check-in. And thankfully, check-in was during the day, as her workday ends at 6 PM, and it seems she doesn't come in on weekends. This means even if you get checked in, no one will be there to solve your problems. Room drawbacks include a non-functional refrigerator, which was an issue for us as we needed it. The air conditioner is also very loud; it sounds like it's taking off. The biggest drawback was that the water in the shower and faucet gave electric shocks. Our child went into the shower first and cried because of the shock. We didn't immediately understand what was happening. The current isn't strong, probably 12 volts, but it's very unpleasant and dangerous. You should call an electrician. Room number 201. From the decor, it's clear this used to be an expensive, good hotel, but for some reason, it seems the owner has neglected it (that's the impression I got). It would be good to remove the carpet; it's worn out and very old, and its cleanliness is questionable. Slippers are not provided, nor are toiletries. I also tried calling their emergency numbers listed at reception, but it was useless. So, you decide for yourself what you're willing to put up with and what you're not.
