LLerongrong7373This serviced apartment building is nearly a century old and enjoys a great location, with a nearby bus stop for easy travel. There's a restaurant downstairs, where we had dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious. Breakfast was 6 euros per person, with a variety of set menus available, and was nutritious and affordable. Our triple room was in the attic, and carrying our luggage up the third floor was a bit strenuous. The room wasn't large, but the decor was exquisite and detailed. The bedding was spotless and cleaned daily. The upside of the attic is the feeling of a starry night, but the downside is that it's easy to bump your head. The service was very friendly, and upon check-in, we received three restaurant drink coupons. We had a great rest for two nights, and the staff was very considerate in helping us with our luggage upon check-out. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommended!
PS: We found a praying mantis in the bathroom. We shared the room with it for one night, but we didn't disturb it. When we returned the next day, it had already left.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

XXiayizhanshiwhereThe hotel is located on the roadside, near a residential area, and resembles a budget hotel in China. We arrived late that day. The front desk guy was chatting with his friend on a sofa in the lounge area. When he saw us walk in, he immediately changed into a staff member and checked us in. He briefly explained the basics of the hotel, and we took the elevator upstairs to check in. The room was smaller than I expected, as was the bathroom. The overall red and black interior color scheme was a bit heavy. The room had a decorating smell, so you needed to open the window to get some fresh air. The whole building was warm, probably because the central heating was on. The room came with two bottles of water, but they were in the refrigerator. I think the room was heated, so I recommend iced water. There was also a capsule coffee machine, allowing for the freedom of coffee. The restaurant was on the 7th floor, and the breakfast menu was limited. Furthermore, since we were dining with a group of senior Chinese people, the plates were almost completely empty. Even after asking the waiter, they wouldn't refill the extra items, such as fruit or bread, which felt inconsiderate. When we checked out, we paid the city tax, but the waiter didn't give us change, saying they didn't have any. As someone who often travels abroad, this is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel that doesn’t give change.

MM61230****This was the most satisfying hotel I booked on this business trip. The price was reasonable, the facilities were relatively new, and the breakfast was plentiful.
This hotel seems to have been a Holiday Inn before. There's a Holiday Inn sign in the bathroom, so it must have been decorated to that standard. However, the price is much lower. Highly recommended!

- The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though
- The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items.
- Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

From my perspective, the booking cost was significantly overpriced.
They seriously let me down with breakfast: it was canceled without any prior notice, even though it was critically important for me due to limited time. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a much cheaper hotel or apartment.
There were also noticeable issues with security (lock codes are too simple, allowing unauthorized access) and poor sound insulation.
The towels weren't visible but were stored in the cabinet under the sink (a minor detail, but it raises questions about the service). The price does not match the quality and reliability of the services.

AANNA BUKHTIYThe hotel is in a park on the Danube, the nature is gorgeous, huge - beautiful trees in the park are gorgeous.
From the road to the hotel to walk 5 minutes, if a lot of luggage will not be very convenient, or agree with the hotel to meet them card.
because this is a city park, where in the morning, afternoon, evening people run and walk, and late in the evening to return to the hotel is scary.
Nearby bus stop to the city center 2 stations, next to a huge shopping center with boutiques Zara, Massimo, etc. (10-15 minutes walk through the park)
The hotel itself is normal for its budget.

The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
