Amazing
KKseniia_TotminaEverything was great. Easy check-in, clean, odor-free room.
There were plenty of toiletries, and we mostly brought our own. The only thing missing was hair conditioner (the water seemed a bit hard), but that's a minor issue.
On Sunday, we encountered the issue of closed currency exchange offices, but the hotel was happy to help us and exchanged our money at the correct rate.
Clean, tidy, great atmosphere, very cozy.
This is truly a boutique hotel. Highly recommend!
You can hear a little music from the restaurant on weekends, but earplugs make all the difference. There's also a slight vibration from passing trams. But if you've been walking around all day and are probably tired, you won't notice!
GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Great
RRami alasmariTerrible experience,, wouldn’t visit again
My wife and I stayed here before heading to Budapest, and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. While the reception staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room itself looked nice, the basic functionality of the room failed us.
The air conditioning was locked, and we were unable to lower the temperature to a comfortable level. Our only option was to open the window, but because the hotel is in a busy area, the street noise was so loud that sleep was impossible.
We ended up exhausted for our travel day the next morning. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a room where you cannot control the climate or get a quiet night's rest. We wouldn't stay here again unless they give guests control over their own AC.
GGuest UserIt is highly recommended and will be coming back!
-Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available.
- The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though
- The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items.
- Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy
GGuest UserVery good small hotel, the room is not small, the breakfast is especially rich, recommended by a friend from a travel agency, the hotel dinner is also good, the price is not expensive, the two of us also had two glasses of wine for dinner, which is RMB 150. It is also convenient to eat around.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and the renovation is fresh. That's where the positives end.
From my perspective, the booking cost was significantly overpriced.
They seriously let me down with breakfast: it was canceled without any prior notice, even though it was critically important for me due to limited time. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a much cheaper hotel or apartment.
There were also noticeable issues with security (lock codes are too simple, allowing unauthorized access) and poor sound insulation.
The towels weren't visible but were stored in the cabinet under the sink (a minor detail, but it raises questions about the service). The price does not match the quality and reliability of the services.

AANNA BUKHTIYThe hotel is in a park on the Danube, the nature is gorgeous, huge - beautiful trees in the park are gorgeous.
From the road to the hotel to walk 5 minutes, if a lot of luggage will not be very convenient, or agree with the hotel to meet them card.
because this is a city park, where in the morning, afternoon, evening people run and walk, and late in the evening to return to the hotel is scary.
Nearby bus stop to the city center 2 stations, next to a huge shopping center with boutiques Zara, Massimo, etc. (10-15 minutes walk through the park)
The hotel itself is normal for its budget.

TtravelblizzardThe hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

TTandi1984The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
