Amazing
__Anastasiia_I would like to thank the staff at this hotel—it is the best hotel! It was always clean, cleaned every day, and everyone was very friendly and polite. The reception staff were especially helpful, always ready to assist and explain everything. The room has all the amenities. Towels, toilet paper, shower accessories, slippers, a kettle, tea, coffee, and a TV with YouTube. There are all the necessary shops near the hotel, a very convenient location. Shops, cafes, and restaurants. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience, we really liked the city and the country! Thank you for helping us with our suitcase, we will definitely be back! I wish you all success in your work and more grateful guests, see you soon! ✨❤️😍
XXiayizhanshiwhereThe hotel is located on the roadside, near a residential area, and resembles a budget hotel in China. We arrived late that day. The front desk guy was chatting with his friend on a sofa in the lounge area. When he saw us walk in, he immediately changed into a staff member and checked us in. He briefly explained the basics of the hotel, and we took the elevator upstairs to check in. The room was smaller than I expected, as was the bathroom. The overall red and black interior color scheme was a bit heavy. The room had a decorating smell, so you needed to open the window to get some fresh air. The whole building was warm, probably because the central heating was on. The room came with two bottles of water, but they were in the refrigerator. I think the room was heated, so I recommend iced water. There was also a capsule coffee machine, allowing for the freedom of coffee. The restaurant was on the 7th floor, and the breakfast menu was limited. Furthermore, since we were dining with a group of senior Chinese people, the plates were almost completely empty. Even after asking the waiter, they wouldn't refill the extra items, such as fruit or bread, which felt inconsiderate. When we checked out, we paid the city tax, but the waiter didn't give us change, saying they didn't have any. As someone who often travels abroad, this is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel that doesn’t give change.
GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.
GGuest UserThe first hotel I stayed in after landing was indeed the right choice. It was very tiring to take a long flight. When I arrived at Hilton, I felt very relieved and at ease in terms of service, environment, hygiene and facilities. It was a good choice.
The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs. There is a restaurant within a few steps. There are must-see attractions within one to two kilometers, including the Church of St. Sava, the National Museum, Knez Mihajlova Street, and the Danube River.
GGuest UserBooked this after my flight was cancelled at short notice. Excellently connected on the free bus line 72 between the airport and the city centre, though not much to see in the immediate area itself. Hotel is luxuriously equipped for the price, great facilities, good breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff who are efficient and speak good English. No complaints!
Just hop on the number 72 bus from the airport and get off at ”Biodekor”. On the way back to the airport you might need to take another bus 1-2 stops along the road to connect with the 72 in the other direction. Maybe not the hotel for you if you need to be in the city centre, but if you don't mind a short, free bus ride then it's actually quite well positioned.

Great
QQingdaosonghongboThe hotel is very close to the airport, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the People's Bank of China, Huawei, and the Chinese Cultural Center. The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room turned out to be smaller than I expected. In the first photo there was an extra armchair and a small table, but in reality the room didn’t have them and looked more like the photos shown later. The location is very good and the street is quiet, which I appreciated. Breakfast was in the “it’s okay” category — fine at the beginning, but after 4–5 days the lack of variety becomes tiring. Overall, the hotel is decent, but for a 4-star property I expected a bit more.
NNoi ChaNobel Gallery Hotel in Belgrade was an amazing choice! The location is unbeatable—close to everything you’d want to explore. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy. Overall, it was a great stay—comfortable, convenient, and memorable. Highly recommend!
TtravelblizzardThe hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.
柳柳純一Good side. The view is good on the higher floors. Depending on the direction, you can also see the night view. It's far from Belgrade Bus Terminal, but if you take bus number 31, which runs nearby, it won't be a problem (it's difficult if you get there during the morning and evening rush hours). There is also a large shopping mall near the hotel, which is convenient. There is a mini fridge. There are security cameras at the entrances and elevators.
A disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets boring if you stay for consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a nice view, but the glass is dirty and not clear. Deterioration is noticeable overall.
