The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was OK, but the room we had was really terrible. The description said that the room had a view of the city, but it was only a basement. The window was so high (with a view of the car park) that I could only open it from my chair. It was very dark in the room, you couldn't see the sun, even though the weather was nice. We didn't know what the weather was like until we went outside. I wanted to change rooms and was promised that I could do that from the next day. But unfortunately that didn't happen because apparently there were no other rooms available. The women at the reception fobbed me off several times with empty promises. The women at the reception were nice but not particularly helpful or understanding. Finally we changed the basement. We got a different basement, but at least with 2 windows (but also placed so high). It was a bit brighter inside, though. But we couldn't get through the whole day without turning on the light. I think this type of room (2 bed rooms on lower floors) should have a note that it is a basement with mini-window, dark (and depressing) and with the view of the cars below.

The price is really good. It has got a spa, a restaurant and a bar. The rooms were really cozy and pretty. It was really welcoming and the staff was really friendly. At the restaurant on the 7th floor, there was such a beautiful view. The spa had a turkish shower, a sauna, showers and a swimming pool. A 10/10 to me.

Located near the Old Town. The breakfast was excellent and was served in the restaurant on the top floor. We had a couple of meals in the evening in the restaurant which were also excellent. The views over the city were outstanding.

They charged my card twice by mistake. The first time with me, they canceled my reservation and sent me a cancellation email and the hotel and booking reserved the amount normally. I contacted them and they assured me that the amount will be released. For 22 days nothing has happened. Every time I spoke to me, they told me that they have moved on, but in the end they haven't done anything. I talked to my bank and they said they haven't taken any action and they also gave me the transaction codes. A complaint has been made about the incident to the consumer advocate. If you want to pay for a room twice and for almost a month you can't make ends meet then this is a very good hotel.

Boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade with a rooftop restaurant and superb views. The check-in staff were super helpful and friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean, good wi-fi and the breakfast was excellent. They have a wellness spa with pool, sauna and steam room but you have to pay €5/hr to use it. I had dinner and lunch in the restaurant and found the food a bit bland, and my lunchtime pasta dish was served cold. After sending it back, it came out 10 minutes later still not as hot as I would have liked. Nevertheless, the location, rooms and staff made this a pleasant enough place to stay for a short business trip.
