Non ho potuto dare zero perché non previsto. Sono dei truffatori. Siamo arrivati di sera stanchi con prenotazione effettuata, avevamo tre camere prenotate. Prima di darci le chiavi hanno preteso il pagamento cosa che abbiamo fatto per poi scoprire che le camere erano già state occupate ed avevano l'hotel pieno. Hanno cercato in tutti modi di non rimborsarci l'importo e solo dopo molte pressioni da parte di booking hanno rimborsato i soldi dopo quasi tre mesi. Oltre al danno di trovare una soluzione alternativa al pernotto. Da non andarci assolutamente.

The hotel is across from the main bus station, it is very convenient location when travel by bus. And it is walkable to main attractions. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast has lots of choices.
The hotel room is small, bathroom soap dispenser wasn’t working properly.. overall, it was good place for short time staying

excellent. excellent. The room on the 7th floor was very nice. I had a very good dinner at Mr. President's club. The staff were friendly and helpful, we stayed here for two nights in March 2015 for business and personal reasons. There are only two words for the accommodation experience, excellent. excellent. excellent. excellent. excellent. I had a lot of fun at this hotel. The hotel has very friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable and clean rooms. The location is very favorable, close to Belgrade's main bus and train stations. Inexpensive public transport and taxis are all you need to see anywhere in Belgrade.

Really a very nice hotel, the service was good and efficient, we felt warmly welcomed. Mariya at the front desk answered all our questions, and also introduced us to places to eat and drink.
