Very nice and helpful staff, they helped me solve lots of problems while on this trip, No matter for route, trip, and daily life problems. Really made good memories for my trip. Also a nice & convenient location. If the wifi in the room is not working, ask staffs for another one. Again to say thank you to all staff from this hotel.

The hotel is located near Grand Duke Mihailo Street, but the environment is very average.

The location is very good, close to Republic Square. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. He helped me take my suitcase to the room and called a car to the airport for me.

The hotel is on the 4th floor. The entrance is so dark that you can't find it unless you look carefully. I thought it was a four-star hotel and wanted to change the hotel as soon as I saw the entrance. The room is quite clean and the service staff are quite nice and understand English. It's just that the gate is scary, but everything else is okay.
