Hotel Majestic

I specifically chose this hotel because my father stayed here 40 years ago. The location is excellent, right next to a food street, a pedestrian shopping street, and Republic Square. Given it's a nearly century-old hotel, the facilities are quite basic and it's not a very large property. We even stayed in the new building, and the elevator was very old-fashioned. The hotel service was good; the front desk staff were quite welcoming, and the housekeepers didn't take the tips left in the room. Breakfast was decent and met our needs.

Great location, close to the square, perfect for sightseeing.

A very good hotel in the heart of the old town, located on a pedestrian street. Daily cleaning, it's very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfasts are magnificent! The only downside is that it can be noisy if your windows face the pedestrian area, as there are restaurants right below. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear everything through them. But despite that, I REALLY liked the hotel!
