Best to avoid. Seems good value but really isn’t. Room was poorly maintained and dirty. Coukd feel springs through cheap mattress. Cups still had coffee residue in them. The gentleman at the service desk could not have cared less. Did not acknowledge the problem. Refused to engage and dismissed any attempt to help stating problems go through the booking company. I moved hotel - found far better for less.

This company *********** is the worst company I have ever dealt with they charged me twice for something that I didn't do twice and refused to give me my money back I would suggest anyone traveling anywhere in the world would take I'll look at what *********** does not only that but the people who own the DMV or the hotels they do the best they can to make people that come in there happy but *********** decides they can take money away from them or changed or give people a break when it does not exist this is the worst company ever

Awesome hotel and it was very central. Workers are great and helpful. It locates in the most famous street and perfect location. Clean rooms. There are perfect homburger restraund down of the hotel.And the shopping mall entrance is the opposite of the hotel.
