This is very bad, you people will take money advance with gst. But didn't stay ciz sisters daughter passed away in this case also you can't refund. If i call that hotel owner they didn't respond. In this case you should refund right. No basic manners

The rooms are good, worth the cost. Room boys and cleaning staff also good. The managers are very arrogant. There is no room service. Bathrooms are very old.
