I have bought drinks from them in the evening, and asked them to bring some ice cubes to drink but they treated as if i have bought them from outside which made us feel pretty bad. Also there is no laptop working station in the room as they mentioned in pictures

The ambience is good, clean, good surrounding, great staff, pleasant experience and a comfortable stay. Quality of toiletries is low, no toilet paper was kept

I Lost my money by booking Suite, Deluxe room 100% Better after seeing Prince suit room i have to shift for Delux roomwhich is far betterup to rupees gone in drain

Breakfast is fixed menu on order. Not good no toiletries provided in the room. Towels are worn out location is next to a open drain. Which stinks
