Accueil chaleureux, suite Océan très agréable, très belle carte au restaurant et diners très bons, personnel en général très agréable, et notamment Constance et Léa en salle, et mention spéciale à Abel le sommelier, drôle, et de très bons conseils ! Découverte de l'Ile avec de bons vélos électriques à la location, piscines très appréciables - bémol, l'arrivée d'un groupe d'allemand la veille de notre départ qui a terni la dernière soirée ! Niveau thalasso, personnel prodiguant les soins très attentif, en revanche, première prise de contact décevante au téléphone, avec les personnes de l'accueil thalasso

Très bel endroit ! Emplacement idéal ! Vue sur l'océan magnifique !!! Séjour très agréable avec un personnel attentionné et disponible. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux, le diner au café Clara était excellent ! Nous avons aussi apprécié les cocktails du Coton bar. Un peu déçu à la dégustation du plateau charcuterie et fromage.... On s'attendait à découvrir des produits du terroir et ce n'était pas le cas... dommage. Notre chambre était propre et rénovée et nous avons adoré la salle de bains. Cependant, l'établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement. En effet, étant classé 4* au relais&Châteaux, nous avons été un peu déçu sur les équipements qui sont un peu datés, comme la salle de sport, les parties communes, les extérieurs fatigués, les vitres non nettoyées donnant sur la vue océan.... Malgré nos remarques sur l'aspect global de l'hôtel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour :)

Nous avons fait le tour de Belle Île à pied en 4 jours avec mon épouse, notre dernier fils de 17 ans et … notre berger australien. L’étape le 2ème jour au Castel Clara en demi pension a été très appréciée. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et aimable. Un petit vélo, l’hôtel et les installations (piscines extérieure et intérieure sont un peu vieillottes). Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un week-end à belle île au Castel Clara. Très belle vue, un peu déçu de l’hôtel balnéothérapie : sauna qui ne fonctionne pas et hamam avec odeur d’égout.. wifi peu performant. On devait traverser le restaurant pour aller à la piscine. Super petit déjeuner et endroit très calme
