I like the location as it is a bit away from the mall. We did ask for a king size bed and I don't believe we got one. Also asked to be away from the elevators... we were right across from the elevators but we couldn't hear them. I must say the food was excellent and we did appreciate that.

The cooling system in the room does not work well and the bed is too old to have good support.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The front desk and other staff were very polite. The light rail station is very close to the hotel, and the hotel environment is wonderful.

I was impressed by how convenient it was to communicate with the staff through messages without having to make a phone call 😘 After I messaged about the safe being broken, someone came to fix it within five minutes. I was truly impressed by the quick response 👏🏼🥰 Other than the elevators being slow and crowded at times, we had a very comfortable stay 🩵
