"Service: The front desk clerk was awful. She clearly hadn't updated the room card properly, so she made us wait for a long time outside our room, saying they'd notify maintenance. While we were waiting, we happened to meet the clerk on the second floor. He couldn't open the door with our card, but he was able to open it with his own. Apparently, the card hadn't been updated properly, so he told us to go back to the front desk clerk downstairs. After the woman updated it and went upstairs with us, the door opened. She then mocked us, saying, "It's easy to open." It was clearly her fault, which was infuriating. This was a very poor stay. Furthermore, the facilities were old, and the sofa at the front desk had many stains."
