Very Disappointed Experience. Definitely not recommend to anyone, and I will tell everybody not to choose this hotel. While we were checking in, nobody was working at lobby, we have waited over 10 mins in the lobby, and found out two customer service rep. were laughing & talking in one room. I knock the door to ask them out for check in. Room air-conditioner were not working well, it was cold in room. Washroom were not clean, especially the curtain and wash counter. We check in on Mar 09, which was the day we turn 1 hour back to Summer Clock. On Mar 10, We slept a bit late, 11:40AM, We were ready to leave, frontline Server knocked the door and shouted rudely that they want us out now. We gave the room key to them on 11:53AM, the lady said she would charge us USD25 for late. We never noticed that we have to leave the room before 11:00AM until we found at small corner sign in the lobby 3:00PM-11:00AM. As the picture attached shown, light blue t-shirt lady was extremyly rude.
