There's kitchen in the room but there was no kitcheware provided and not enough so we didnt get one when we asked for. For the cleaness, we found 2 botton caps on the floor.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in through Ctrip, bar none! The hotel room was not soundproofed at all, and there was constant car noise 24 hours a day on both sides of Highway 405. I stayed there all day and all night and couldn't sleep at all. I complained to the lobby, but the hotel manager was arrogant and ignored me. I asked for an early check-out and refused to refund the no-show fees for the following days. Ctrip's negotiations were fruitless, making the guest feel very bad and helpless. I have never suffered such poor service at any hotel.

Management is un-professional. I booked a suite with two double beds 10 days ago. I received a call from management just one day before my arrivel notifying the hotel is overbooked and I must be transferred to a different location. They said the booking system caused mess and I will be provided a complimentary suite. We drove to the new place and found the suite is downgraded to one bed only. One bed cannot hold to sleep for 3 persons of my family. We have to leave the hotel and search a new hotel. We will NEVER live in this Extended Stay forever due to this extremely poor management service and our unhappy travel experience!

It was a horrible experience !!! I arrived at 12 AM, my flight was delayed. I had the Hotel confirmation. I went in to the reception, nobody was there. Finally a guy showed up, and told me that I have no room, they didn't have a room for me. The rommm should of been already paid, I providede a credit card at reservation. I had to search for a hotel, after great efforts finally I found out. I think what happened to me is a shame for Extended Stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The shower/tub didn't drain properly, but that was a minor issue. It has a great location, close to downtown Bellevue and the interstates. Overall a great experience and somewhere I would stay again.
