The front desk and lobby staff were not familiar with their own system. The order was fully prepaid and there were no problems when checking in. However, due to their own system errors, they asked for an extra fee of hundreds of dollars for no reason when checking out. I submitted the order number for them to check themselves, but was rejected. The reason given was "English version is needed". The order number and confirmation number are both numbers. When will it be affected by Chinese or English? After negotiations failed, the lobby manager began to insult the guests. He started to grab the phone when he couldn't get enough of the insults. I suspect that the hotel staff showed signs of racial discrimination.

Only overnight parking available is valet, $49/night. Plan accordingly if you care about that. Otherwise great hotel.

The location is very good. Downstairs is Lao Pier Hotpot, Snack Street and Xu Liushan. Opposite is Haidilao. You can easily reach supermarkets, parks and shopping malls. Although it cannot compare to the central location of W and Westin, considering the price, a 10-minute walk is still very cost-effective. The room has no view at all, and the facilities are relatively old. You can't late checkout when booking with Ctrip, but the service is generally good. It's convenient and cost-effective, so I don't want to ask for more.
