I went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

The hotel is older, but it's all very good, clean, hot water in the pillow, shower with much water, breakfast is excellent: a lot of fat and variety. The service is very, very educated receptionists, I thank Daniela and Ital especially for having taken care of us very well! I stayed for 3 days with my mother and sister.

We went here directly from the Ibis in Vitoria which was amazing! Well....that can’t be said for this one. I checked in prior to arriving ‘because it would save time’ I was told on my email...errr, no it won’t, so don’t waste yours. The receptionist didn’t speak English. Well that’s ok because we’re not Brazilian and no other hotel speaks English either and we managed but Ibis states they do, so it’s a bonus. And in Vitoria everyone spoke English and were so helpful. There was someone in the office who came out and said in English we’d have to wait. After 15 mins waiting for the people in front to be sorted, the English speaking person came out and started checking us in. I explained that I’d done this online. Was told it didn’t matter, he still had to do it. Breakfast, that was a fiasco. We’d paid for this so went into the restaurant to be told we needed something. What? Tokens...the receptionist didn’t really believe we weren’t given them at check in. Breakfast: stale bread, stale cake, flies on food. The taxis outside are intimidating and take up all the space outside restricting you getting another lift from elsewhere. On leaving, all the vehicular entrances and exits were obstructed by several coaches unloading children. Would I recommend this one? No! There’s another couple in belo Horizonte to choose from.

Great location, nearby many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, beautiful room view. The room wasnt cleaned 2x even after being asked. Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.

O hostel é super bem localizado na Savassi, a uns 5min do centro de BH, a pé. Fica a apenas 1 quadra do Circuito Liberdade (Museus, imensa praça planejada, Palácio do Governador..) e a 2 quadras da famosa Praça da Savassi, ambos excelentes passeios e com diversos bares e entretenimento, de alta qualidade. O staff do hostel é primoroso! Super prestativos, gente boas d+ e deixa o hóspede tão  vontade como se fosse nossa própria casa. Excelentes áreas comuns, como: sala de TV (tem até um Mario Kart, kk), área de café, uma charmosa varanda e... um porão! com fliperama, música e iluminação modernas!! Ótima opção de integração e para conhecer uma enorme parte dos hóspedes, que, aliás, sempre têm diversas nacionalidades. Lógico, e nessa parte, tem 1 ponto: às vezes tem colegas de hostel bons demais, outras vezes, os colegas são mais do que excelentes!!! haha Tem maleiro próprio para cada hóspede embaixo da cama, com cadeado e tudo! O hostel possui toalhas (verificar preço no check in) e banheiro muito bom, com água quente. A cozinha é ótima, compartilhada e muito bem equipada para fazer lanches rápidos e, até uma refeição completa. O hostel também oferece um mercadinho com produtos básicos e rápidos, bebidinhas e comidinhas, pra economizar tempo e disposição. Quando fui tinha uma turma de escola e uma família também, já que o hostel possui quartos privativos. Logo, é um hostel super de boas e têm todas as tribos, desde mochileiros, aquele fds rápido em BH e até para famílias, Hostel inclusive é acessível! Têm elevador do térreo, até o terraço. Vai acabar, prometo.. kk Dito tudo isso, a energia, o clima gostoso e a vibração mágica que é todo o hostel, isso não dá pra descrever em palavras.... é algo indescritível!

I just spent 10 nights in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms: large, modern, comfortable and with an excellent price-quality ratio. I recommend this hotel ideally located in a short walk from the Place de la Liberté, the Central Marche and the Municipal Park with the Feira hippie.

The hotel is very good, excellent coffee, friendly staff, excellent location, excellent cost-benefit. The negative points: very narrow and dangerous garage rampa for larger cars, the rooms have a floor of folder, the air condenser is on the balcony of the room making a high noise, the room TV is installed on the passage offering danger to hit the head, the lifts have that old and heavy door that makes it difficult to pass with bags, the pool has a acrylic screw that when it rains makes a huge noise for those who are near the fourth floor. Just take these details into account, a fair note would be 8 in 10.
