My room was upstairs with no elevator, and the pool area was being repaired, so they offered a room on the main floor for my convenience as a single woman. The room turned out to be twice as big! It was gorgeous! I felt like royalty!

The hotel was itself was great- very clean, decent breakfast, friendly staff. I booked two queens. Was given two doubles. I’m not sure why they don’t update their reservation page to reflect that. Originally I booked three nights for just under $400. We ended up needing to be back home sooner so I tried to switch my reservation to just one night. I was unable to get my original rate honored. Both BSU and NTC were having graduation that weekend and they knew we’d pay the rate. However- the hot tub was closed for what appeared to be routine maintenance. The hot tub was why I picked that hotel over two cheaper ones. The least management could do was not schedule maintenance on a weekend that was sold out.

We were traveling with our dog and reserved a pet-friendly room. At check-in, they gave us a very soft blanket and some dog biscuits wrapped up with a card saying that this was for our furry friend. They also had pet treats in a jar on the counter. Sometimes it’s the little touches that make a big difference. The room was very clean and had luxury vinyl plank rather than carpet, which was wonderful. Most hotels just have carpet and you’re left to wonder how clean the pet-friendly rooms really are. Staff was very nice. Coffee and tea in lobby 24/7. Soup available in the afternoon/evening. Breakfast buffet looked good but we had Easter brunch with family so didn’t eat at the hotel. Beds were comfy. Very impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The hotel seemed very clean.
Check in staff was pretty much worthless, no greeting what so ever, just barely checked us in; I had to ask if we were all set to go just to know if it all went through.
Also, went to go to the hot tub at 11:30 (sign clearly states adult hours 11-12) and were unable to get in. Pretty lame.
Hotel room itself was fine, just didn't care for the lack of hospitality or the signs stating the incorrect times.
