I had a fantastic experience at the Westin La Quinta hotel. My room had a breathtaking view to the sea and the mountains. The hotel location is wonderful because you are on a very high attitude and can enjoy the best of Marbella view. We played golf and the area is wow! The service at the restaurant during breakfast was outstanding, especially thanks to Isabella, our host. Eve at the reception desk and Agustin were also incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you play or don’t play golf. We are currently at the hotel, final day of three playing golf, one round per day. The three courses are excellent, lovely holes and a challenge. Bar a bit expensive but not the end of the world, and rooms nice. As its our last day, we played 18, waited for the rain to stop and fancied a bonus nine holes. Unfortunately, the pro shop wanted to charge 268 Euros for nine holes and a buggy, which was just way too much. For nine holes, you'd pay half that, as that was comparable to the original price we paid when booking. Sadly, we've gone from thinking "we will come here again' to "nice place but a rip off'. Our polite advice to the hotel: please don't fleece people at every opportunity and you'll find they write nice reviews and come back in the future

För mig som golfare så ligger hotellet perfekt , mitt i golfdeltat samt att hotellet har en fin golfbana med 3 st . 9 håls slingor som är rolig och spela . Över lag vacker och lugn miljö att vara i

The stay was good but the hotel definitely needs a renovation. I would give it 3 1/2 not 4 stars. The staff is very nice but the rooms and common areas are quite dated. Pictures gave a false representation of the rooms and hallways. Shower could not keep a constant temperature, hot then cold then hot again. Spa is meh, although I had a good massage Golf is fine but there’s definitely nicer courses in the area.

Luksus for os er understaded no bling samt excellent og personlig service. Smukt placeret i bakkeområdet væk fra Marbellas hektiske kyst og med fantastisk golfbane. Tak for et dejligt ophold og god golftræning og spil. Vi glæder os til en anden gang.

Sono stato in questo hotel per una convention aziendale, della durata di 4 giorni, in cui ho potuto apprezzare per bene questo fantastico hotel. Sarà che sono abituato a posti più tristi e freddi, ma trovarmi qui a Marbella a metà settembre con una temperatura ideale, frizzantina la mattina e calda durante il giorno e a fine giornata, è stato veramente un piacere. La camera che mi è stata data, al secondo piano, è enorme. Nell'ampio ingresso si trova un grande armadio e sulla destra la porta del bagno con vasca e doccia separata dai sanitari. Il letto è di king size e la stanza presenta un'ampia scrivania e un bel balcone con vista campi da golf. Balcone con divanetti dove prendere un drink mentre fuori tramonta. Il complesso è pieno di verde tropicale, fiumi e laghetti artificiali e una spettacolare e scenografica piscina. Abbiamo cenato due sere a buffet intorno alla piscina ed è una location veramente suggestiva. Oltre ai campi da golf l'hotel presenta anche dei campi da padel (peccato non aver avuto tempo di provarli), un family club per i bambini, la spa. Abbiamo mangiato sempre in hotel, colazione, pranzo e cena (sia a buffet che in stile matrimonio - cena di gala). Ho mangiato sempre molto bene. Non sarà l'eccellenza ma di solito quando viaggio, soprattutto in America o nei paesi anglosassoni, è un disastro - qui invece sono tornato veramente soddisfatto. Ci tornerei a fare le vacanze con tutta la famiglia.

What an exceptional stay in a stunning location!! Every member of staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as easy and comfortable as possible. Kids 6 &7 had an absolute ball. Food was good and reasonable- breakfast was fantastic! Themed nights each week, we loved the barbecue around the pool for ‘white night’. Room comfortable and clean and a fabulous size. Kids club was brilliant. Huge thanks to Rosa, Bob, Francisco and Lora for making everything even more special! Can’t wait to book for next year!
