There is nothing much in the hotel except high prices to be paid on the name of 5 star property. There is hardly any arrangement to sit at the beach, there rooms are quite weirdly structured, no view from the rooms and property is deteriorating with every passing day.
Buffet breakfast is not worth at all- they take exorbitant amount of time to serve you on the table after taking the order from live station. While the a la carte food at dinner is still fine.
Their reservations staff is not cooperative specially person named frazaer and Shashank as they are not the person of their words and hardly know customer service. Other junior staff is still better and courteous enough. Mayur was better in ***aging and handling the client requests and situation.
Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone who need to spend a good amount of money, suggest find other 5 star properties as they are much more value for money with better services and amenities. Please avoid if you like a happy goa trip.

Amazing hospitality by hotel ***agement and service people. Special thanks to Mr Samaresh and Mr Indrajit for their amazing hospitality. Must visit property for everyone. Huge property with well maintained rooms and amenities. We were a group of 14 people and the stay was of 7 days and the hotel ***agement made sure to make each and every day equally special and pleasant. Overall a super pleasant stay.

Not bad. Skip the room with private pool and butler. Private pool is a filthy bug cocktail. The butler is a phone number who doesn't answer. Kind of a waste.

It was a most wonderful and refreshing experience right from the welcome by the front office staff to the checkout experience. the rooms were very clean and spacious and the housekeeping staff was very responsive and prompt and did a wonderful job of keeping everything clean. A special call out to the restaurant staff who were very helpful and always made sure that everything was taken care of in time and the Front office staff who made us feel welcomed and at home in the resort. The property has a very nice private beach access and the swimming pool and other kid activities are more than adequate to keep children occupied. I would also like to mention the spa for a wonderful experience my wife had there. Overall an exceptional experience and need to mention they have a fantastic breakfast spread with everything on the menu absolutely top notch.

It was Fantastic stay. Need to add more menu in breakfast . Property is very chilling. You can access beach from the Property. There is a well ***aged sitting arrangement with tent and tables and shacks as well. Al together it is best place to stay.

Best Experience ever in a luxury hotel. Good resort housekeeping staff mr.kim and malistan they were very helpful they have maintain our room up to the mark. they were on time when we asked for the assistance. So I would totally recommend this place in South Goa, with a clean and beautiful beach this property is a peaceful and happy vacation.

The property which is nestled in the calm surroundings of Benaulim is a hidden gem of South Goa. It has a private beach as well. Every single thing from check-in to check-out was very smooth. The rooms are well maintained especially the pool for private rooms as well as common pool are cleaned daily by professionals. The restaurant staff at Lo Concha is very courteous and they will attend to all your needs especially if you have a small kid. Special mentions to Vaishali from the restaurant and Sanjana Pednekar at the reception desk. I will definitely plan another visit to Azaya.
