"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fairfield Marriott in Goa, Benaulim! The rooms are spacious with a good-sized bathroom, and we loved that they were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. The international plug sockets in the rooms were a lifesaver—no need for travel adaptors! The staff across the hotel—from reception to the restaurant and pool—were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Frilla at the front desk, who went above and beyond by providing information, assisting with our needs, and even decorating and supplying a cake for our anniversary. In the restaurant, Alem always greeted us with a smile that brightened our mornings in the restaurant area, and Aflon provided excellent service throughout our stay The food, both in the restaurant and poolside, was of great quality, and the pool area itself is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds to relax and soak up the sun. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, clean, and has a wide variety of food options nearby. This hotel is truly one of the best we have ever stayed in. "Have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Fortune Hotel and had a great holiday. Hotel has beautiful, lush grounds and is extremely well maintained. Rooms were bright, clean and quite modern. Plenty of bottles of water, tea and coffee replenished daily. Breakfast has a variety of choices on offer, lovely fresh fruits, cereals, full English as well as local dishes. The restaurant manager Mr Khan was excellent and ensures everyone has a good service. There's a shuttle bus to the beach which runs from 10am but we walked most days. You can pick up a brown beach towel near the pool but the shacks provide towels too. Beach is beautiful and not too busy whilst we were there. There are 3 shacks to choice from as you enter the beach and are very good. Location wise, there are a couple of places to eat in the evening, we used Bullion quite a bit, good menu, food is freshly cooked, good prices. If you want more choices you need to get a taxi to Benaulim town which costs 300 rupees. We were getting 114 rupees to a pound in hotel but can get 116 in town at money exchange. Leanne at reception was always lovely, very helpful, so if you want to know anything she's the one to ask. We have been to Goa 10 times to various locations and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I would rate this stay 3.5/5 probably due to fact that the weather had high humidity was very very hot and the air conditioning in this resort was not always great. I noted it was rated as 5/5 and I have to comment upon this. Upon arrival the entry area was well lit and staff very friendly and engaging even late at night. The rooms we had booked were located up 20 stairs which was not Seniors friendly, our choice but we did not wish to purchase a poolside villa on the ground floor. The rooms were very spacious a real plus, but odd arrangement of bath tub as central piece in room . The balcony had no view and needed some attention with flaking around the doors crumbling onto the pavers. One of our rooms had a small mouse , which was quite noisy at night time … the staff were apologetic about this but no reduced fee. The air conditioning in the restaurant was not very cool, which made at times visiting this place for meals uncomfortable . The pool is large and beautifully positioned , it could benefit from some shade over the pool , no life guard present, and staff around the pool area were hard to locate , they also had many loose or missing tiles in the pool floor which needs to be repaired. The main reason we picked this 5 star resort was the restaurant food catering for dietary requirements like options on the menu , for gluten free etc . By the third day of our stay the chef had kindly made gluten free bread and it is the best GF bread I have had in India . At times the menu let us down as the GF desserts were not available . A beautiful location, great beach access , would suit more younger couples ."

"Goan Bliss calls itself a boutique hotel, but there's zero boutique service—think dingy rooms, inconsistent housekeeping, and no personalized touches you'd expect. I booked for a business trip to Goa as a single female traveler, hoping for professionalism. Big mistake. Check-in was a hassle with staff eyeing me suspiciously over traveling alone for work, delaying everything with snide comments. The general manager epitomizes the unprofessionalism: rude, arrogant, and dismissive. When I flagged delays in room service needed for my snacks in spite of the advance order ,he barked back with hostility when payments was done 100% in advance and harrased that she cannot leave without payment A stranger was added tonour group and asked for payments strange this person has no clue of the teams opearational issue's making me feel utterly unsafe. This place isn't secure for solo women, leisure families, or women's groups—poor lighting, unresponsive security, and that toxic vibe.Completely screwed my business experience. Steer clear; real boutique options exist in Goa. Goan Bliss hotel's so-called "professionalism" is a joke. Avoid if you're a solo traveler, especially a woman. Goa deserves better than this toxic vibe. Will need a better leader to lead the hotel."

"We were a gang of foodies (family and friends) and sea lovers. The resort was on the beach - 2 mins max - so you are settled about the sea. Arroz, their restaurant exceeded all expectations. We went out to have food to amazing places, The Fisherman's Wharf, Good fellas, Leda, etc - yet this place holds its charm. The food was excellent. On top of that the restaurant is air conditioned! I cant tell you how much our spoiled spirit loved this pampering in the March heat. The rooms that we rented were standard cottages that faced the garden. The rooms were very beautiful and the garden was equally beautiful. You can sit and spend your time in the hammocks hung there. The garden is tastefully decorated. The Swimming pool is clean and good enough for many people. There is a bar overlooking the pool - if you love beer and a bath. Their area, the rooms, the decor, the pool, everything was clean, functional and beautiful. The best part of the place were the people who ran it - seldom have I come across a place where each person owns the property. This is one place. Everyone of them is truly a owner taking responsibility of the details with a smile that lingers on after you have left the place. I would always fondly remember this visit - the visit made memorable by my company and the people I met at the resort. Thank you."
