Hotels in Yuhui District, Bengbu

This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

The hotel is particularly satisfied overall, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the environment is quiet and not noisy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is very fast, the location is very convenient, the price is very high, the stay experience is very good, I will choose ～ next time.

本人一直住蚌埠富力萬達酒店。經客户推薦首次嘗試通過攜程網訂了二晚五月一日才開業的華榕温得姆蚌埠酒店。本次入住酒店總體體驗非常好，超出我的預期，尤其是在硬件設施上面超同類檔次酒店。高挑大堂現代裝修風格和寬大的房間及高檔奢侈品牌浴器裝修及很多細節把控相當到位。早餐品種非常齊全和豐富，尤其在西餐方面較其他同類酒店來的豐富全面。由於出差沒有時間對其他設施進行使用，不能給評價。需要改進的就是入住時的房間有煙味換了第二個房間還是有煙味。儘管前台及時幫我換了房間，希望酒店對抽煙住客違反規定進行及時的勸阻和出台一些懲罰措施。前台小石的服務特別帖心對於非正常用餐時間的早餐特殊要求及時安排非常感謝！總之下次來蚌埠出差還會入住，並推薦給其他朋友。

Environment: I booked this for a friend. He told me that the hotel has a nice decoration, good environment, good location, abundant greenery, and a park behind it. You can enter the park directly by swiping your room card. The air is fresh in the morning, which is suitable for morning exercises. I would like to highlight the hotel lobby manager, Ms. Gao, for her warm service. She also upgraded the room type and introduced the tourist attractions around Bengbu. I like the hotel for having such professional staff! It deserves praise!

The staff are friendly and provide welcome fruits (one banana and one orange). This price also includes breakfast, which is really surprising. There are snacks (drinks, instant noodles, etc.) in the room. Although there is a fee, the price is very affordable and convenient. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect exceeded expectations, and the sleep was very stable. The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner wasn't cooling at all. Even on the highest setting (16°C), it was still very hot without a blanket. There was no mosquito repellent, and my fingers were bitten and swollen. Also, it wasn't soundproof at all. If you ignore the air conditioner not cooling and the lack of soundproofing, it's actually quite good.
