This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

Environment: I booked this for a friend. He told me that the hotel has a nice decoration, good environment, good location, abundant greenery, and a park behind it. You can enter the park directly by swiping your room card. The air is fresh in the morning, which is suitable for morning exercises.
