This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. 整體環境還可以，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，對於房間有什麼要求都能夠溝通滿足，因為是一個人住所以安排的房間不是很大，但一個人住還是可以的，房間整體佈局還不錯，乾淨、沒有異味，馬桶是自動沖水的，但也有個小缺點，可能是面積佈局不是太大的原因鏡子旁邊沒有安裝小的化粧鏡，對於近視眼女生來説化粧有點不太方便要往大鏡子前面趴。總體來説入住體驗不錯，下次來還選他們家👍🏻
