Service are perfect but one problem is that didn't have hot water for shower

Hotel location is good. Happy to find food. Many restaurants below the hotel are within walking distance. The hotel room smells, the toilet is not clean, the toilet water is hot and cold, the curtains are moldy, the cafe plates are not cleaned.
