el estado del hotel es bastante deficiente, es decir, necesita una limpieza de cara urgente, ya que está tal y como se construyó en 1975 y es una pena. el baño con cortinas, las camas justitas. Pero también hay que comentar que el servicio es excelente. gran amabilidad y profesionalidad de los empleados. son gente estupenda con ganas de ayudar y hacerte sentir bien

Personal de trato agradable y atento. Instalaciones y habitación limpios. Desayuno correcto. Piscina tranquila. De alojarnos nuevamente en Benicasim, elegiríamos este hotel.

Very good location. Hotel is old and tired but clean and welcoming. Good value and staff were charming and efficient. This hotel is not a venue but a good place to spend a night. Bedroom was average, reasonable size and comfortable; bathroom was functional. Car parking on site and they allow pets. I would not have a problem staying here again.

El trato del personal fue de 10 en todo momento. Tanto en recepción como en el restaurante o el personal de limpieza ofrece una atención perfecta. Bien merece una tercera estrella. La piscina es un espacio muy agradable. El salón. La terracita. La cama comodísima. La comida muy rica. Desayunos formidables buffet libre. Fuimos un grupo numeroso y todas las personas opinamos que volveremos sin duda. Un placer.

No le pongo las cinco estrellas porqué en nuestra opinión necesita mantenimiento en las habitaciones por lo menos en la 206 que es en la hemos estado nosotros, por lo demás todo muy bien, los dueños súper atentos, las camareras profesionales al más no poder, la zona de la piscina está muy bien y se puede aparcar gratis en el hotel.

Trabajadores muy agradables y atentos. No tiene secador el baño pero en recepción me dejaron uno. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas. La piscina es tranquila y está bien mantenida. Limpieza diaria. Lo más importante, admite mascotas. Calidad precio perfecta.
