Trinimar es un hotel sencillo y correcto. Si buscas una estancia tranquila y bien ubicada en Benicasim para disfrutar de esta zona es el hotel indicado, ya que además tiene acceso directo al paseo marítimo. Pero si algo prevalece sobre todo, es el gran equipo profesional y humano que lo conforman. La amabilidad, trato y eficiencia del servicio del hotel, tanto en recepción, como en cafetería, o en restaurante, se percibe desde la llegada. Pero además, y en nuestro caso, que vivimos un duro episodio y un gran susto con nuestro hijo, que por suerte en eso quedó, no puedo sentir más que agradecimiento por lo arropados que nos sentimos por el personal del hotel en todo momento. Hemos estado super agusto, el hotel está todo renovado, muebles nuevos y baño reformado con gran ducha , y muy limpio. Cama cómoda y muy amables todos , tanto recepción como en el buffet Cogimos pensión completa y todo muy bueno la verdad que para la temporada que estamos ni mucho ni poco .,Para elegir y no quedarte con hambre , Hasta máquina de helado.

Très bon accueil, personnel très chaleureux et compétent, hôtel très propre très bon buffet petit déjeuner, le dîner (self service) est très copieux, et il y a de très bons plats variés. Nous avions une chambre avec vue latérale mer. Nous avons apprécié cette vue et le balcon. la chambre est suffisamment grande et le lit confortable.

Una semana en el Trinimar a medianos de Setiembre que ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones son acogedoras con unas buenas camas para un dormir placido. Ubicación muy buena, con salida directamente del hotel a la playa por la piscina i el bar. La piscina correcta con muchas tumbonas i parasoles. La comida muy buena y variada cada día diferentes platos con opción a celiacos y a personas alérgicas al gluten ( bajo petición. ) El personal super amable y servicial. Servicio de limpieza tanto interior ( habitaciones y salas comunes ) así como exteriores ( piscina y su entorno ) de 10. En los días que estuve sin problemas de parking en la calle cerca del hotel En resumen muy recomendable pasar unos días en este establecimiento. Para volver.

Un hotel para pasar unas vacaciones geniales. Desde recepción, bar, comedor, relaciones públicas, camareras de piso.....sin ningún tipo de problema. Que más da si las habitaciones son más o menos modernas, lo importante es que se puede descansar. Todo genial, no te lo crees? Pruébalo y nos lo cuentas.

Es un hotel que no merece las 4 estrellas, 3 y justas. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, decoración espartana. Ubicación buena es por ello que lo elegimos. Personal correcto y amable. Tiene buen desayuno.

Mi felicitación al personal del hotel a todos. Se escucha todo, las paredes son insufribles, tele, un secador, conversación del vecino,. Y para colmo comienzan a limpiar prontito, 9 menos cuarto, suena un carro horroroso, que te despierta, es la de la limpieza, y te llama a la puerta para limpiar, si y si no pones el no molesten, te abre y pilla en camison , a mi me paso ,prepárate sea te acabo el dormir,camas que se mueven , mopa qu s E sacude contra las esquinas. ,, y el otro tema es la comida básica y repetitiva, no digo que esté mala, pero ya les va,e , y con bastante grasa y fritos. Insisto el personal y el jefe se sala Jose, de 10, pero no corresponde a ún hotel de cuatro estrellas., que es lo que pague. No lo recomiendo por eso, ya selo dije al director. Gracias

Es el tercer año que vamos al hotel Trinimar y sin duda repetiremos. No puedo decir nada negativo, todo perfecto. Recomiendo las habitaciones “dobles frontal” con vistas al mar y donde es una maravilla ver atardecer y amanecer desde la habitación. Todas tienen terraza con mesa y sillas y un pequeño tendedero para secar la ropa.

Just home back to England and had to review this hotel. We stayed this past week and for the money we paid it was an absolute gem. Definitely a 4 star hotel., nothing too much trouble for Ana or Carmen. Thanks again, you chicas and your staff are fantastic . Everything we needed to do was accommodated to and again, muchos gracias chicas.. You both made our stay easier!! The breakfast buffet was amazing(I'm a breakfast person) and we paid for our Spanish family to eat with us on two occasions and they were also impressed by the authentic buffet food prepared by a great chef. The restaurant staff were just lovely, Santi, Jose, Noella amongst the others work so hard and again, nothing too much trouble and knowledgeable on allergies/ ingredients when we asked for my nephew. Entertainment..Nacho was awesome.. We had such a giggle and he made sure we could see the AJ fight.! Quizzes, Aquagym, pilates and just generally a great guy and the bar staff we absolutely fell in love with.. Marina, July and Braian, I do hope to see you guys again, you guys rock. . Long review but I am so glad we found this little gem and can't wait to return. Well done guys. Take care and see you next year. ❤️
