Buena ubicación, pero mala experiencia, cubre colchón muy grande que no te dejaba dormir a gusto, sin persianas ni cortinas opacas, con lo wue te costaba dormir, escasos enseres y mantenimiento, baño muy sucio, lleno de pelos, aun encima una semana sin tv. Hay que subir escaleras, no hay ascensor, ni puedes acceder a la piscina.Lo he contratado a través de booking, he hecho una queja con fotos y me tienen bloqueada para que no las suba, a eso llegan.

En general bien. Cercano a la playa. Zona tranquila. No tuvimos terraza. A mejorar: tienen poco menaje. Éramos cuatro, sólo había 5 tenedores, 5 cucharillas.... Sólo había un estropajo. No había productos de limpieza. Nevera pequeña, enfría poco y había estantes en la puerta rotos. En los armarios pocas perchas. No había tapones en fregadero ni lavabos. Los solicitamos y aún seguimos esperando. El colchón de matrimonio necesita ya un cambio, hundido en el medio. La tele grande pero no ves ni un canal. Apartamentos no aptos para personas con poca movilidad. El acceso lo tienen con escaleras. Pero lo peor de todo es que las llaves abren fatal las puertas

Mixed views about Sonrisa. Stayed with family in Panoramic Penthouse. Overall the apartment was very good. Views and location were excellent. The furniture in apartment was tasteful, well thought out and good quality.
But the bathrooms let it down. Too small, too cluttered (why the urinal?), outdated, shabby, but most of all, there was no water pressure and water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to scalding hot.
Wasn't aware the lift didn't go all the way to the top. There is a stair lift, but it was a bit inconvenient, being disabled.
I was also alarmed in the twin room, that the bed was under an unguarded window, with an 11floor drop.
I did enjoy a relaxing break here, but all things considered, I am unlikely to return

Clean and comfortable. Right beside the beach. Family had a great time. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I will be back.

En las fotos tenía mejor aspecto que el real, está un poco envejecido, pero sobre todo la cama y las almohadas un desastre total, dormimos fatal. El colchón hundía hacia el centro. El nórdico también de risa, cubría justamente lo que era el ancho de la cama, en cuanto te acostabas e intentabas taparte alguien quedaba sin tapar, jamás vi cosa igual. No repetiría alojamiento

Excellent. Clean, well furnished apartments. The staff are amazing, they were very helpful when we stayed. I left some items in the property and the staff went out of their way to get them back to me. 5 star

First off the place is no means terrible, it is very different from what we expected. We booked the penthouse for a 5 day hen do. The pictures they display make the place look amazing. When we arrived I was utterly disappointed. First off the room stank of poo every single day. I know the Spanish system is not like ours in the UK but it was unbearable at times and that's all you smelled. The terrace was tiny and again couldn't even sit outside due to the smell. Things were falling apart: door handles, sockets. The electricity would trip every single morning leaving you in a freezing cold shower. There was 5 of us and only gave us 4 towels. As there was 5 of us, one had to sleep on the sofa couch which was supplied with no extra pillows or covers. The only food thing was I could sign into Netflix to watch some English TV. The apartment itself is okay but don't expect anything like the pictures show. I don't know how people can give this place 5 stars, I can barely give it 2.
