Magic Natura Resort

"Stayed in a 'premium' Tahiti Lodge with hottub on a 'ultra all inclusive' basis....what a dissapointment. The concept is great in theory - a holiday park with a zoo and water park right next door...the kids enjoyed it but for the adults the reality is unfortunatley far from great. There was no one major thing wrong, but just many many individual things that it actually became a bit of a comedy of errors and far too many list. Just as an example the sewage smell due to broken drains right next to our lodge, no wifi in the rooms, mildly warm often unlabelled food, dangerous railings around the hot tub, everything needed a deposite (towels, cups, safe, iron etc), customer service was often replaced with its on the 'app' that isnt accurate or doesnt work, the huge rat on the decking on the final night, tone dead evening entertainment, walls made of not kuch more than paper.......the list goes on and on and on. Didi from Customer Serivce did try to help as much as she could in all fairness, but no one actually visited us in the lodge so i could show them all the issues, i didn't want to spend my holiday getting wound up, logging issues constantly. If someone would like to reach out, i'm more than happy to provide feedback of all of the issues and areas for improvement so they dont get repeated complaints, but not i'm not paying for the luxury of providing feedback for free here so they can improve. To summarise, this is not a 'premium' 4 star resort in its current state, its quite run down and short staffed. Try Pirates Island if you can, much more modern, clean and tidy for what we saw on our day trip there."

RH Princesa Hotel & Spa

"This was our 7th stay at the Princesa and as usual it was excellent. My only complaint is the smoking situation, they really need to make it clear where the smoking area is as people were smoking at tables that had no smoking signs on and when challenged, said they could smoke anywhere they wanted. The staff are fantastic especially Diego, Jorge and Marina behind the bar. The restaurant has had a little makeover since we were there last year with new tables and chairs which are much better, we think the Princesa is the best hotel in Benidorm and we are back there again in the summer."

"This little hotel is in the heart of the old town which is very beautiful. Small and friendly with none of your usual benidorm holiday makers .we stayed in April and found no street noise at night . The staff are so helpful and polite and can not do enough for you .This hotel is spotlessly clean they changed our towels and bedding every day, and the beds OMG they are so big and comfy id of loved to take mine home . We had room 407 with a terrace and could hear and see the sea it was so calming and peaceful. Excellent stay , Excellent staff, Excellent location, Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Thank you RH SOL .We will definitely return."

"Excellent for a stay in Old Town Benidorm. All shops and venues within easy walking distance.Minutes from seafront promanade and restaurants. Clean well kept hotel. One week stay as bed and breakfast. Breakfast was superb. Breakfast staff helpful , friendly and efficient. Rooms very clean and tidy. Regular clean towels from wonderful staff. Reception staff always very pleasant and helpful , their english is very good. Special mention for the bar staff, always great. Bar very well run. Would highly recomend for a stay in the old town area."
