"LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Fabulous from start to finish. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and tidy, no noise after a certain time, food for breakfast is fabulous and choice of drinks. Snack bar is brilliant both food and drink. Right next to everything and 5/7 min walk to beach max, but not noisy at all. We had pool view for both rooms and they were fab. They have put a lot of thought and time into ensuring it’s a great hotel. You do pay a breakage deposit but it went back into account a few days later, it does have lots of young ones and mixed ages but the atmosphere is great. Inflatable allowed in, no life guard, but baby pool also available. We would all go back in a heart beat, we loved everything. Big shout out to Silvia so helpful and supportive when questions asked. Baggage room is fab for late check out and has lots of CCTV to ensure safety of things. You cannot beat the location. We normally stay in old town, but this hotel has won me over. Try Planet Benidorm for food nearby around the corner and Vincent in old town - both ace as well I’d go back in a heart beat. Pics on here don’t do this hotel justice."

"If you want a no frills bargain break then this is the place for you! The rooms were very basic but that’s what we expected from a 2* hotel, the hotel was very clean from entering the building the smell was fresh, our room had a fantastic shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. The towels were tiny and yes dated but again what we expected for the price but overall we were very happy with our experience. Jessie the ‘chef’’ worked tirelessly during our 5 night stay and provided us with a good selection of food….we didn’t go hungry! Carlos on reception was very helpful when we arrived and continued with that during our stay, WiFi was excellent even in the room so would definitely return. If you are looking for a budget hotel in the old town then this is the place for you, no frills but good value for money….top tip bring your ear plugs as the walls/rooms are paper thin but having said that with the hotels location to everything was fantastic…so even though it was a 2* hotel we would defo give it a 4* for value….of course we will be back but that is because we like value on a budget 👍"

"Great stay at Hotel Loa Angeles. Our room was ready for our early arrival. It was a very small room but adequate for our needs with a large shower room and a comfortable bed. Near to the beach and restaurants and bars just steps away. We loved it here and would not hesitate to book again"

"Nice enough hotel for the money, was clean and staff friendly, plenty for breakfast lots of choice but was cold.. I’m not one to over complain but it wasnt even luke warm, so stuck to toast and pastries and fruit. We had to be up at 1.30am for our flight and the entertainment went on til midnight, we couldn’t escape the noise from our room. That said… location was nice if u like the old town. Bar and pool were nice."

"This hotel is a classic "you get what you pay for!." Very basic rooms and not the most comfy beds. One of our rooms air conditioning was not working. If you want your rooms cleaned they charge you 25 euros, you only get a towel on each bed and if you would like clean ones they charge a euro per towel. Rooms are only supplied with one toilet roll, you have to ask for another at reception if you need more. Reception is meant to be 24/7, we left a key in the room, no one was at reception, we called a number on the wall at 1 am someone came at 3.30 am to let us in. We constantly had to ask when the bar would be opening for around the pool, they seem to open and close when it suits rather than sticking to opening/closing times. Hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the strip and situated on a very steep hill which was a killer in the heat or after a night on the strip, we even got a taxi back some nights. The hotel behind is a very lively/ noisy hotel with partying going on till gone 6am every night so don't expect to get any sleep!. I wouldn't stay again, paying a bit extra is definitely worth it, this hotel is basically a hostel."

"The location is right by the strip.It can be noisy but had no trouble going to sleep.The room was lovely we had premium so had a kettle,coffee machine,toaster,kettle microwave and washing machine.The heating air con system was fantastic remote controlled so can adjust whenever.Tv and hairdryer .Spacious balcony they do permit smoking on balcony.There was one towel change in the week,No cleaning and bed change but all the amenities and utensils to clean.You must take own rubbish out onto street. There is a 200 deposit on arrival this is returned if everything is found ok with room when you leave. 24 hr reception very friendly staff check in was quick and easy,as was checkout there is a room for suitcases if wish to leave them this is locked with a key Key cards needed to access the front gate then the door to reception and your room There are chargers outside for electric scooters also a car park. Meeting point and outback just outside great drinking spots Supermarket right on your doorstep We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning great value for money and lovely atmosphere"

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"This was only a nights stay before go to our other hotel to which i am glad because if I would have had 10 days here I would have cried and gone home. No staff to help, the stairs ways were mucky and the pool was nice and the ladders were not fixed properly and I sliced my foot on them and staff wasn't bothered never asked if ok or came to see me at the pool. Food was awful apart from the ice cream, I had reservations eating the food lack of hygiene was a big no no. The smell round the pool was dreadful which was the drainage and all the steps up from the pool were broken. One positive is bed was comfy. I would not recommend this hotel at all I can't wait to leave."

"Just returned from a 3 night stay, my husband and 18 year old son. Location was good in a quieter area. Easy to walk into the busier nightlife area of Benidorm. Food was very good went half board. Room were very nice, comfortable beds and very clean. TV channels in hotel room had all the english channels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool on the smaller side but did not deter from having a good time."

"The hotel facilities are a bit outdated. I understand it's low season, but the food at the buffet was limited and of poor quality. We went up to the viewpoint, and after paying, we were rudely asked to leave within minutes. Additionally, the spa and gym were closed. Frankly disappointing."

"Fantastic stay bteween 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024. Great staff and good food. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Would stay agin. Only downside was evening meal was at 8pm which is too late for us, but the Spanish eat later. In a good location as well."

"Our room was not so well cleaned. It was noisy, we heard everything what neighbours do. Inside pool was nice, although the room was too hot and there wasn’t any air. The breakfast was good and all servants were friendly. The view from upper floors is amazing."

"Haven’t stayed at the hotel but have visited the outdoor pool bar many times . They make the best Sangria in Benidorm, made properly from scratch in front it you not from a pump or ready made watery stuff . On this visit served by a lovely , friendly lady with blonde hair . Sangria made perfectly and were offfered nibbles. She remained very calm despite there being a very large , noisy crowd of young men in the pool bar drinking, swearing and singing . I was surprised that the management had not asked them to leave as they were disturbing the whole bar/pool area . The Cimbel is usually a haven of peace and relaxation . Felt very sorry for the lady as she was coping with it all on her own . Will return for sangria on our next visit at Christmas"
