El buffet bueno y las bebidas a buen precio.
Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche.
La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale.
No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido.
Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes.
Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 y demas al pasar una película la ponen en inglés .
Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español.
Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .

The gardens with fish basins and cascades are so deeply deprived, you would believe in Bali!
The staff is friendly and smile.
The hotel is a varied and tasty breakfast buffet.
Sports room with a good, but a little small equipment.
Negative points: prohibitive tariffs.
The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for you.
135€ massage at the SPA.
35€ l'assiette de makes.
30€ per extra hour if you want a late check out.
The atmosphere is Asian, but not the prices !

OOlga KhrylovaWe stay at this hotel for the second time. Rest with 2 children. There is a closed pool that works all year round and open pools that work in the swimming season. We were at the end of April, the children's open pool has already worked. The water is heated in it, so the kids were comfortable. The open pool for adults worked too, but the water is not heated in it, so nobody was swimming.
In the evenings children's discotheque, the day too there are children's programs.
The food is diverse, everything was enough.
We had a 4-story local room: two beds and one 2-sleep bed sofa. The couch is not very comfortable for sleep. No other claims.

GGuest UserPrecioso hotel. Desayuno de lujo, habitación impecable. Lo único que tengo para criticar es la pileta climatizada, estaba fría y lamentablemente el jacuzzi no estaba en funcionamiento. Cabe destacar que fuimos en invierno y que la pileta climatizada era en gran parte el motivo por el cual decidimos ir a ese hotel, y que no esté en óptimas condiciones bajo un poco nuestra puntuación total… pero salvo lo comentado previamente el hotel es excelente.

GGuest UserEl hotel expectacular, recién reformado todo nuevo y servicio excelente.
Convivir en estas fechas con 1000 ancianos profesionales de estos viajes no se lo deseo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Ascensores colapsados ( que alguien les explique lo de las flechas de subir y bajar )
Buffet colapsado ( sus normas de no respetar ni colas ni mesas ni nada colapsa todo )
Cafetería colapsada ( tres horas en una mesa para un café )
Resumiendo atender a 1000 ancianos a la vez es insostenible y para los clientes que no somos del Imserso un suplicio.

CCathDavGreat location for lots of bars and restaurants and good selection of food at breakfasts and dinner.
It was a shame they didn’t offer tea and coffee in the room and we had to ask for a kettle. We got the kettle but were offered no cups. We noticed that using the dis and indoor pool incurred extra costs as did having tea/coffee service in our room.
The room was a great size and fab balcony on 15th floor with secure access to lifts and rooms using cards. Extra charge for room safe too was unexpected. Not much in way of entertainment and we didn’t use the bar or cafeteria as there were more interesting places around the resort nearby.
