I have received the confirmation from TRIP.COM via email, reservation number, room, etc. Of course, you also charge me I got there for work reasons. I was surprised that the hotel was closed during the pandemic. It’s not a coincidence. No, you seem to be unprofessional. I sent you an email condemning it. On this matter, you know what you told me is that there are a lot of emails in the queue. If you provide deceptive services and deceive me, I plan to condemn people who you don’t enter as soon as possible. This won’t surprise me. , Because this situation is not developing well, so I plan to publish it on all networks as soon as possible, and even plan to do so for a group of people who have the same experience as me.

El buffet bueno y las bebidas a buen precio.
Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche.
La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale.
No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido.
Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes.
Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 y demas al pasar una película la ponen en inglés .
Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español.
Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .

CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

GGuest UserLovely hotel very central , staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Food was good plenty of variety,rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. The barman Remi was very friendly and polite, we would definitely recommend a stay here.

GGuest UserStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

GGuest UserRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea.
You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation.
If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good.
The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.
