4-Star Hotels in Benidorm

Excellent lively hotel that has a great mix for both younger and older generations.  In a great location however, this may not suit everyone due to the loud music until 6am within close vicinity.  Staff a great, just security that speak abruptly if you try to bring in food / drink in from the outside.  Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are something from the 90’s but they work.

First time to Benidorm was great..the port Benidorm hotel amazing unreal everything you need location food service chick in I came bit early and they chick me in and welcomed,chick out was so nice and quick and they book a taxi for me was nice..the bar staff so nice restaurant lot of choices realy nice definitely, I will go back…

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

The hotel is located five minutes away from the beach, but the sea is not visible, the facilities are very good, clean, the bath water is very flush, the room should be big in Benidorm, the room and bathroom are very spacious, very comfortable, and the lighting of this hotel and the orange sheets look very warm. Breakfast is also delicious.

The hotel was in perfect conditions and had Halloween decoration, very beautiful. I had many activities and also the entrances to the mythical Terra park that I didn't expect. I want to highlight the kindness of Constan, who made excellent coffee – a stark contrast to the other waiters. When I asked one of them to make my coffee a specific way, they responded, 'What difference does it make?' So, Constan makes fantastic coffee, and the others just don't know how to. The receptionist was also very friendly and let us store our luggage since we arrived before check-in time. Lourdes, the cleaning lady, was also absolutely delightful and deserves a special mention.

The room is well-equipped and of moderate size. The breakfast is good and the front desk service is very good. It is a little far from the beach, but very close to the park and the old town. Overall, it feels pretty good!

Hotel Avenida is positioned very close to the Old Town in a very busy location I had breakfast daily which was fine. A good verity of food. Room was cleaned everyday. Though the air con is old and hardly works. The staff were friendly My room was on the first floor and was dark and didn't have a view. Though it was spacious with a scalloped bath in the bathroom. The roof terrace and pool were ok with views of the Med On the whole it was fine though if want a better room with good air con if I stayed here again

First of all, the staff is very friendly, they are at your disposal and they are really fast. It has good facilities although the way they are distributed is a bit strange. Now, for the quality-price ratio and being a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms are not cleaned well, and it is not that we left the room dirty, but at first glance you can see that they have not cleaned it, especially the bathroom. Guests ran and screamed through the hallways, making it difficult to take a nap or go to sleep directly. The location is good, close to the east. If it had been impeccable it would be about 4 stars but for me it's not worth it.
