A really nice hotel rooms right on Levante beachfront.. Rooms nice. Would have been nice for the 3rd adult bed to have been a real one and not a low pull out bed/chair however.. Breakfast very nice, plenty of choice... Close to all the new town nightlife.

I was very nervous about coming to Benidorm and thanks to the INNSiDE -Benidorm, I WILL return to Benidorm. However, I WILL return to this Hotel ! It is exceptional! We were greeted by a warm welcome from a lovely lady called Sahara! All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Fantastic breakfast! Hotel was clean and tidy throughout-. Sadly, only disappointment - was the weather! Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned! If in doubt about going to Benidorm, BOOK the Innside! It is on the beach !

Just returned from a week's stay at this gem of a hotel. Can't find any faults whatsoever. Situation perfect for old town and the new town, beachfront views, lovely clean modern rooms, buffet breakfast vast selection of high quality produce, some small extra touches such as honeycomb which was delicious and the orange jam was gorgeous. Hotel staff all helpful and friendly. It was my partners birthday while we were there so after returning to our room on his birthday we found a bottle of cava waiting for us, which was a lovely gesture. Thank you Innside we shall return.

superb hotel recently refurbished a great find in the start of the old town on Benidorm would definitely return great views of the sandy beach night life great restaurants & bars very close low rise building with a lift went again in 2024 still a super hotel with super views & great food

Lovely hotel, fantastic rooms, beds really comfortable. Maid service very good. Rooms kept clean. Breakfast and dinner also good. Ideal position between old and new town. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Reception very helpful, booked me a buggy to get about

Lo han remodelado y esta bonito el hotel pero para la categoria y el precio que tiene, los servicios son muy escasos y bastante deficientes: no tiene gimnasio, los canales de tv sin acceso a smart tv... La plaza del parking ha subido de precio exageradamente y muchas veces esta ocupada por otro coche. Y por ultimo, para servir un menu al mediodia (igual todos los dias) se demoran exageradamente, aun habiendo pocos comensales.

Hemos estado éste fin de semana y el hotel no puede tener mejor ubicación. Recién reformado, desde que llegamos todo perfecto, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, tanto Olga como Bea increíbles y siempre con una sonrisa. La habitación con unas vistas increíbles y aunque e tiempo no nos acompañó fue increíble. El desayuno muy completo, y Raúl encantador. Una estancia de 11, Amenazo con volver!!!

Atención perfecta por parte de la recepción fueron muy atentos, simpáticos y muy cercanos en todo momento. Muy céntrico, al lado del paseo y con vistas al mar las habitaciones Estancias muy cómodas y amplias, nada de ruido y todo nuevo. Volveremos seguro!!!

On arrival we asked if we could upgrade to a sea view room the staff could not be more helpful they offered us a room 603 which we did and I must say we weren't disappointed the view was amazing the rooms are very clean shower was big and water was always hot are room was cleaned every day only fault the evening meal was a bit repetitive but ok and the sweet were to die for I would like to say a big thanks for making are stay a pleasure we will be back next year many thanks to you all
