The location if you are looking for the beach and tranquility is perfect, but if you are looking for the noise of the party and so on, we are already talking about 3 km from the hotel. The only drawback that I would put is the food, little variety for a 4-star hotel. Of course, the spectacular views and panoramic elevator!
Pdt: improve the issue of food please; Also take advantage of those tables that you have to put more variety of food and not repeat the same food on each side of the buffet.

Out of 10 I really liked this hotel and its very friendly staff, the pool and my favorite mojitos, the very comfortable bed, the super spacious shower, everything was great, I would return a thousand times 😁

Magnificent service as well as the facilities, the food, could be improved some lunchtime, but very good, and always great attention at reception, and hoping to return next year.
Only request, more soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

We had a good experience and the service was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the spa was really good. Ana that worked at the spa gave us really good service. And Maxim in the front desk was helpful and nice.

Me and my partner come on Saturday the 20 April. Room clean ish. As is still cold on the night we wanted to put the heat on. The Air conditioner is not working. I spoke with receptionist and ask nicely about the situation , Alejandra from reception with an attitude explaining that is not working on warm as is not winter. Therefore she suggested that maybe in other hotels is warm in room but not here as is warm outside and is ok. I ask other receptionist to send someone to see if is an issue. Absolutely nothing. We are currently here still as our holiday is finished Thursday on 25 April . You are not aloud to go on the terrace until 9:30am as is not safety one of the staff members said, another one said that is because of people who put towels on chairs and finally another explanation they are cleaning. If you want to have a coffee before breakfast remember to bring you're on kettle from home and coffee to drink as nothing is open until 7:30am and nobody will give you a coffee until is 7:30am Sharp as then is breakfast time opening.

Nos atendió muy bien Shees al llegar al hotel, mejoraría tener más control en las colas para hacer checkin pero aparte de eso todo bien, en el comedor Camila ha sido muy atenta y simpática con nosotras, hay mucha variación en la comida, aunque podría haber más. El Spa nos gustó mucho y las chicas que nos atendió también muy bien. Con el personal no tenemos ninguna pega. La habitación muy cómoda y las vistas preciosas. La limpieza bien pero deben repasar un poco las ventanas.
