Fabulous 3 weeks stay everything spotless very comfortable beds lovely towels toiletries we had a superb view to wake up to every morning lovely new bar area super restaurants small supermarket practically on the doorstep bus into Benidiorm every 15 mins or half hour walk along the beautiful promenade! Already booked for next year . Ho loveky Marcus on reception so helpful indeedall the staff are .

On arrival welcomed and easy check in process. We were on the 17th floor and the views were fantastic. The room was lovely and clean, spacious and had everything we needed including iron, ironing board, microwave, toaster just brilliant. The staff always on hand to help arrange taxis into the busier new town area cost usually was 13-18 euros for 6 seater. So reasonable between us all.

We stayed at El Faro apartment last weekend we had 2 appointments for 6 friends, I’ve got to say they were absolutely immaculate, well furnished with everything we needed, lovely fluffy towels, toiletries, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, great hairdryer which is unusual but really good. It is in the quiet area which is great not too far from old town a bit further from the Very lively places but that’s a good thing, a great Italian restaurant on sea front right I front of apartments really great food. So close to beach with stunning views. The room had 2 single beds and a double sofa bed In the living area. It was just perfect would 100% recommend

This place is a f#cking joke no one in the reception to check in and none of the phone numbers at hotel and online work just cut off line please go somewhere else turn back whilst you can and email doesn’t work either so please listen and walk away from this place.

Well after reading the reviews I can honestly say I cannot find anything to complain about. Marcos on reception is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Clean and tidy rooms. Amazing views. Fabulous burger bar just round the corner. Will definitely be back.

Spent two weeks here over Nov ‘23 Fiesta. Important to note that we have stayed here multiple times over the last 11 years so we knew exactly what we were booking. Basic but clean apartments with friendly staff, particularly Maggie (you were missed!). It’s true to say that over the years it has been neglected and this was becoming more apparent with each visit UNTIL… Upon arrival, workmen (quiet ones), were busy finishing off the revamped reception area. Clean, light, spacious and a huge difference to what had become the norm here. Money was obviously being invested in this little gem finally. It has been taken over with so far, beautiful results. The lady who checked us in was friendly and welcoming and swiftly changed our apartment allocation as we were originally given floor 9 and I wanted higher. The best she could do was floor 17 but it was massively appreciated! The view from these apartments is stunning! Up in the apartments, most noticeable change was the quality of the towels, they were a vast improvement on the tissue paper thin ones previously provided. Complementary bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo, soap and a cleaning pack for dishes/clothes were also provided. Little touches such as these go a long way. Linens and towels were changed after 5 days. Other than that please bear in mind if you book here, you are booking an apartment not a hotel. If you make a mess, clean it up! And if you want room service, this is not the place for you. The apartments could do with some tlc in some areas, but that’s more fixtures/fittings. I believe it will come as since the take over, air con and WiFi have already been installed throughout. The bar is now OPEN and Hector, the barman, is exactly the medicine this place needs. He is friendly, helpful, welcoming and an absolute pleasure to be around. The pool area (which is currently closed off presumably for winter) is tired and needs attention but from the changes we witnessed during our two weeks here, I don’t think it’ll be long before it gets the attention it deserves. The only negative experience for us this time around came from another group of guests who were young, loud and wanted to party at all hours of the day and night. Whilst that is expected in Benidorm (and fair play to anyone who still has the stamina for that), this is NOT the place for guests such as these. It’s not in the party side of Benidorm, that’s its beauty and appeal for us. We can nip to the ***** if so desired, then dive away from it to peace, quiet and away from neon lights! We will definitely be returning and are looking forward to seeing the future improvements.

Positives first. We were on the 19th floor and the view was amazing. The beach is close as are the shops and plenty of places to eat. The apartment was big enough for 4 and was clean enough, not pristine but certainly not dirty. Now the rest. We booked through love holidays, 2 adults, 2 kids. It’s false advertising. There is no air con, no bar, no entertainment, the pool has 6 sun loungers are they are falling to bits. There is no tennis court as advertised, the grounds have gone to rack and ruin. No 24 hour reception, no linen change or towel change or toilet roll for that matter unless you ask for it. We had to change our own bedding after requesting it the day before, they don’t even have a cleaner on site daily. The lady behind reception was very dismissive of any questions around the facilities. In 30+ heat and on the upper floors there was no relief from the heat with no air con, therefore bedding changes are essential. The bedroom light either flashed or lit up like a beacon randomly when it was supposed to be switched off. The guy that checked us in said he’d be up the following day to fix it but we never saw him again. The pool was ok but if the loungers were taken it was towels down on the grass. The shop is a 2 min walk away so we could go and get beers and drinks easily but theres signs saying no drinking round the pool. Safe to say that was ignored. Oh and there’s no entertainment as advertised and a sign saying no inflatable’s in the pool so kids are pretty limited on what they can do there. I’d compare this place to a hostel to be honest. Never again.
