Good value for money, highlight the kindness and friendliness of the staff, good area although a little difficult to park. The beds were very good but I could hear a noise from the sheets on the roof of the terrace both in my room and in my parents' room. The food is very good although drinks are not included, not even water.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé au calme près du vieux Benidorm. Belle vue sur le parc. Personnel très souriant. Service hôtelier à l'écoute et efficace. Voiture louée sur place. Chambre propre et soignée. Buffets de qualité et très variés. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Went to Prince park for my 40th Birthday with friends. We all couldn't have had better service. All staff very friendly and bar staff were amazing with everyone. All of us said how clean the hotel was. Thank you for a fabulous holiday that you made extra special. I would definitely stay again.

El personal era amable pero las instalaciones muy mejorables. El buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena era malo. Por la noche era imposible descansar por el ruido de los espectáculos y luego los vecinos. El aislamiento de las habitaciones deja que desear y los gritos de los demás huéspedes no dejan dormir. Destacaría que la ubicación es muy buena para lo que yo necesitaba pero ya está. No repetiria

We had a fabulous week stay at Princess Park. Booked full board plus but didn’t eat at hotel every day but when we did we always found something good to eat. Breakfast was the best. The staff here are all very friendly and in the hotels best asset

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable beds good size balcony that’s the best thing food absolutely awful breakfast only thing we could eat was fruit and a yogurt which were ok in the evening food started at 7pm people qued from 6.30 blocking stairs and the lift think school canteen ! The food was very poor raw meat served show cooking was awful raw and a woman cooking who never spoke just huffed and puffed weird combinations fish was raw burgers raw pork pink and jelly worse food we have been served in 18 years of travelling the entertainment is nothing waited till 10pm and one show on the whole week definitely would not recommend or return to this hotel
