The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable.
Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the service at the reception and maitres is deplorable.
Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests.
Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing.
In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position **** as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel.

Lovely hotel in a great location for the old town and beach. Staff at reception were really nice and helpful and you felt welcomed. Room was clean and nice balcony overlooking the pool. TV had British channels, bed's were comfortable and the bathroom had a brilliant shower.
Room had a safe which was free and a fridge. We had dinner and breakfast. The evening meal was quite basic and not as much choice as previous hotel's I have stayed in. Breakfast was nice and enough choice, hot and cold.
I would use the hotel again but probably only go for the bed and breakfast and go out for dinner.

What a lovely place to stay. Staff are very welcoming and the hotel is spacious and very clean. I stayed in the low rise building with a lovely pool view, modern room and comfy bed. The swimming pool was gorgeous and I swam as well! Nice atmosphere with a majority of customers being Spanish which is a welcome change in Benidorm! Lots of entertainment too. We were room only and restaurant street is literally a minutes walk from Poseidon. I’d definitely stay here again.
