Stopped for a week mid April with my 14 year old daughter. Hotel very clean, pool freezing when you get in but soon warm up. Found all the staff friendly and helpful. Maid for our room was very friendly and nice and always cleaned to a high standard. We were half board, food was a bit hit and miss (to our tastings) but there are plenty of food spots in Benidorm, we did not expect to eat here a lot, and the cost of going Half Board rather than SC was minimum so we did it. Beer on tap is Amstel which is like drinking my drain water. A nice quiet hotel (really quiet at nights) away from the madness but not a long walk in at all. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed here to have a quiet place to stay near benidorm. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. My mum, who I booked this for, was so impressed that she intends to book again. Due to the good weather during our stay we spent time in the pool everyday and my mum enjoyed the wide variety of food offered on the buffet each night.

At the end of a month road trip in Spain we knew that De Loix would offer us some due rest and recovery while enjoyiing the warmer weather of Southern Spain. We love this place and trust it never to disappoint. This is our 3rd time back. Have tried other places in Benidorm but this is our go to of choice. Great location IN Benidorm but just far enough OUT of it too. if you enjoy beautiful surroundings, great hospitality, peace and quiet while being within a walking distance of all Benidorm has to offer this hotel is ideal. Great staff. Rooms super spacious, great housekeeping comfortable beds and fresh crisp linen and towels. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for plus the poolside is great for lazy days away from the Benidorm bussle if you choose. Our days here coincided with a huge wedding party which was wonderful to watch. The staff worked flat out but still made sure that all other hotel guests like us not part of wedding party received full service and great hospitality as usual. Will always recommend and return again and again when in this region of Spain

Que decir de nuestra segunda casa el Hotel Deloix,pues que pasamos unas Navidades geniales con la familia y con amigos de diferentes puntos de España que nos hemos conocido en el Hotel y que repetimos siempre que podemos para juntarnos. Lo mejor de todo como siempre todo el equipo de personal del Hotel se desviven porque estés como en tu casa y lo consiguen dar las GRACIAS a todos a Recepción, Cafetería, Mantenimiento, Ĺimpieza,Comedor,Cocina,Dirección y como no a ese equipazo de animación con Ulises al frente. Ya estamos deseando volver en Fallas para la reapertura y disfrutar de nuestra segunda casa.

Qué decir son una familia maravillosa. Fuimos en Noviembre una semana , nos gustó tanto que decidimos volver una semana y pasar la Gala de Nochevieja , una semana del 29 de Diciembre al 5 de Enero . Todos los departamentos se caracterizan por su grandiosa competencia , si bien destacar la gran organización de Eva y Paola por su profesionalidad y gran competencia , camarer@s del restaurante , María , Fidel , Pablo etc .. y del bar lobby Herve y todo el equipo . Gracias por tene un trato tan amable y hacer de nuestra instancia unos días inolvidables y claro , amenazamos con volver 😂😂😂😂 besos de la habi. número 2015 . Seguimos aquí !! Just returned from a four night stay over Christmas and was very impressed with the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless, beautiful rooms and great facilities. Good choice of food and drinks not overpriced. About a 30 minute walk to the main area of Benidorm so in an ideal location, we will definitely return.

I am here right now. Half board means pay for all drinks including a glass of water with meals. Food OK but very little choice. Can't use snack bar as part of HB. staff very good but no help with parking mums mobility scooter in the garage. Walkways outside very slippy. I fell trying to follow mum to garage. Room is lovely, plenty of space with walk in shower... thank yo reception Nacho. Beer "pint" really not €3. Amstel. No mobility scooters allowed in hotel but its fine for kids to scoot on electric scooters & play football against the walls because they "don't see this". Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel but if you come here All inclusive disentangle mean everything is included.
