La recepcionista Laura es un encanto, servicial, profesional, y atenta. El hotel tiene unas vistas maravillosas, el buffet está bien. La ubicación es delante de la playa de poniente, vas a pie a todos los sitios, te olvidas de coche ya que es peatonal. Tiene animación para adultos y niños. Gracias a la directora por el detalle.

Goede ligging. Vriendelijk personeel. Nette kamers. De maaltijden was er genoeg keuze. Alleen waren de groenten en aardappelen naar mijn normen niet genoeg gekookt. Er was genoeg animatie s' avonds. Leuke en goede zangers en zangeressen. Goede muziek.

heerlijk hotel lekker rustig goed eten en vriendelijk personeel Mochten bij aankomst gelijk naar onze kamer. wat wel fijn is na een vermoeiende reis Heerlijke Koffie op het terras gedronken. Kamer werd goed schoon gehouden

Lovely hotel, lovely friendly staff & an ideal location opposite the beach & a short walk to Benidorm old town. Room was cleaned each day & tea/coffee replenished daily. Downside is that the outdoor pool was cold & so we were unable to have a swim. Food was ok, which is why i didnt give 5 stars. Deserts were pretty much the same each day....although there was a hot & cold choice. I will definitely stay again but probably only have breakfast & not full board.

This hotel is fantastic the saff are great fromthe cleaners to the chef,reception,dining room,bar staff they cannot do enough to make your stay great will be going backagain in March 2025 keep the good work up.

This is our second visit to the hotel. Overall the hotel is good however we did have a few minor issues. We had asked for a quiet room and yet again we were put in a room over looking a car park on a busy road. No air con yet the room was so warm but we could not have window open due to the noise of the road. The slide in pool and the jacuzzi in the pool is turned off at 1.30!!!. Food was ok if not a bit repetitive. All though we enjoyed our week there we will be trying a different hotel in November
